Scamers will try to get you to pay for things you don't need, and they're incapable of doing work their shop is full of broken down cars so that's kind of a testament to how much work they get done. Glass and Nails everywhere.

Brought in a couple cars now and they were able to diagnose the problems without issue. Took my truck to a mechanic who was quoting 800 for just the radiator. Got my radiator and thermostat done for a fraction of that price. No problems with the truck now, it's running great. REASONABLY PRICED AND EXCELLENT WORK! I highly recommend to come here.

Under new management from what i was told for about 4 months now. I am very pleased with Sergio and his team. I had my tire basically come off of the axle from a hit a run, and someone gave me this number for a tow. Well then, I found out they had a shop and not only fixed it but had it done in a day and at a very reasonable price. Needless to say, when my husband needed his truck looked at, we went here, and they did a great job. Again, at a reasonable price comparative to most mechanics who will ask for an arm, a leg, and maybe your first born. I almost want to keep it a secret, but I think people need to know about this place. Thanks, guys!

Called a tow for a car that was completely dead and they came and towed ahead of us and told us they'd meet us in the next town over to the repair shop. They end up getting separated on the freeway and when we get to the repair shop they have left my car unlocked in front of a random restaurant in the same parking lot but different suite number (which they were given). We had to wait another half hour for a new tow truck to move the car a few feet because they couldn't be bothered to put it in the right parking lot and thought a kbbq place was a place of repair apparently. Ridiculous. We were told they went out of service immediately after so I assume they cared more about their break than finishing their job

These are one of the mechanic shops I will review that I have a genuine positive experience. Sirqio I believe he’s the owner is reliable, honest, and communicative. My family had an issue with their car and it was towed by WSP. We contacted Sirqio and requested if he could tow the car from WSP to his shop. Thankfully he was available and was able to come within the time frame before they kicked us out. He was able to repair my family’s car within a good time frame. When we picked up the car he showed us the repairs that were completed. He also gave us suggestions for future repair. Thank you Sirqio and team for your hard work!

We were stuck in the remote wilderness of Mt. Rainier when we encountered Kevin from Cortes Towing, who was already assisting another vehicle. He promised to return and help us—and he kept that promise. Due to miscommunication of the location, Kevin spent hours in the evening searching for us, refusing to give up. We finally crossed paths with him on the road at 11pm. He safely towed all of us back to our hotel in Yakima. While the cost was on the higher end, the level of service, dedication, and humanity we received was truly priceless. We are deeply grateful to Kevin and Cortes Towing for being our lifeline when we needed it most.

My daughter was involved in an accident and her vehicle ended up in a ditch on the side of the road. We have AAA and specifically requested a flatbed tow because the car was undrivable. The front wheel was bent, and the rim was pushed into the vehicle. The car would have needed to be carefully loaded and transported over a concrete barrier. C&H Towing was dispatched. Upon arrival, the driver parked in the middle of the highway, creating a safety issue, and then refused to tow the vehicle. Instead, he attempted to get into the car and drive it, showing complete disregard for the existing damage and the risk of causing further harm. If dragging or driving a damaged vehicle over concrete was acceptable, I wouldn’t have called a tow truck—let alone requested a flatbed. The driver was hostile, rude, and unprofessional. He ultimately refused service and canceled the tow, forcing me to contact AAA again and request another company. This was an extremely stressful situation involving a young driver after an accident, and the behavior displayed was unacceptable. I would not recommend C&H Towing and would never use this company again.
