My Kia EV6 was rear-ended and received significant damage to the bumper and trunk and I searched for WEEKS to find a repair shop. I was turned away several times from most repair shops because my car was all-electric, and the other shops said that it would be a 3-6 month wait. Luckily, I found Zio and he said he would accept the car at any time. I was a bit skeptical but Zio was very transparent throughout the repair process. He kept me up to date on what was going on and was very respectful and professional during our interactions. When I picked up the car, I also noticed they cleaned the inside of my car. Awesome. If any of my other cars gets damaged, I will be using his services again in the future.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND 10/10 I was so devastated when my car was hit while parked. Zio was very respectful and helpful with the whole process with insurance and car repair. They did not take too long and did amazing work. My car looks brand new!!! Highly recommended if you are in the greater Seattle area and it is your first time!

10/10 experience! I’ve been calling and visiting other auto body shops to get my frame and fender fix and all have been a let down. Until, I discord Zio! He graciously offered me a free inspection and gave me an amazing price for what i asked for. They work quickly and the effort shows in the results afterwards. Zio and the employees truly make you feel like family and make sure you get the right price for what you ask for. For sure recommend.

Our car was viciously attacked by a concrete pillar in a parking garage while trying to fit into a tight space. It resulted in damage that prevented the front door from opening fully and needed to be repaired. We had a couple of other pretty bad scratches from past battles with other pillar's and, since we were getting one fixed, we decided to fix them all. After receiving an outrageous quote from the insurance companies recommended body shop I called around and found Zio Auto Body Repair. I called for an estimate and was able to be seen just a few hours later. The estimate was extremely affordable and all of their reviews on Google were stellar so I left my car and they immediately started on the repairs. The work was finished two days early and they even buffed out a couple other scratches that were not part of the scope of the repair at no extra charge. They also detailed the car fully both inside and out! If you are reading this after being in an accident, or if you have some scrapes and scratches on your car you've been putting off fixing, I'd urge you to call Zio Auto Body Repair!

Echoing everyone's positive experiences with Zio. He was able to provide an estimate the same day I called to inquire. His pricing (for a non-insurance-based job) was fair, and he honored it throughout the process. His team completed the work a week ahead of schedule. Sometimes pickup and dropoff took a while because we had to wait for Zio even if other staff members were present. Overall, that did not take away from the good work!

I dont often write google reviews but these guys were so fantastic i had to! A friend recommended them to me, and I drove all the way from Sammamish to work with them which is farther for me but was absolutely worth it. I’ve been to larger chain autobody shops before, but none of those experiences came close to the one I had here. Zio was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process of getting my car fixed, always keeping me informed and making everything easy. When I got my car back, it looked cleaner than the day I bought it because they even did a full complimentary detail. I couldn’t recommend this body shop enough.

I want to say two things before I start 1 is Zios did not try to high ball me especially being a female and 2 I AM A PICKY PERSON AND MY CARS ARE MY PRIDE N JOY especially my Mustang ! Now let’s start this by saying my car got crashed into my door didn’t close my hood was popped open, my fender was smashed in to my door, my headlight broken my car looked like it literally was winking at me! A straight hot mess Everytime I seen my baby I felt heart broken 💔 so I shopped around and I ran into zios I filled out an online request that SAME DAY I GOT A CALL AND SPOKE TO MOHAMED ( I hope I spelled that right) Smart smart man he diagnosed everything from the pictures gave me a price that I felt was WAYYYYYYY REASONABLE because as nosey as I am I did search up my parts and let’s say it’s not cheap for a mustang. I had one worried which was my emblem I was not willing to drive away with no emblem and he said NO PROBLEM AND GOT ME MY ORIGINAL EMBLEM FROM FORD!! When I dropped off the keys he could tell I was on edge and about to cry and he reassured me my car would come back beautiful and he promise to update me and treat my car like it’s his. While…My car was getting 2 times a week I was being updated and I respect that SOOO MUCH! He kept his promise and that’s how I knew I found the right place Zios team was respectful trustworthy and honest. I honestly am grateful I found zios I love the service SO MUCH I SAVE THE NUMBER TO MY PHONE as favorite Not to mention I picked up my car and it was clean like super clean not to mention I’m the type of person who hides money in the car ik bad habit but when I came to pick up my car ALL MY MONEY WAS THERE.
