A+ repair, A- communication. Make sure you take everything out of your car. Someone took my $20 sunglasses. Not a huge deal, but either someone at their shop steals stuff, or they left my car unsecured on the street.

The place to go if you want that payday-loan like family harassment experience if your insurance company is late to pay for your not at fault collision. Repair was rescheduled several times the day of, making it hard to coordinate being car-less. As sent in an email: "If the balance remains unpaid after 30 days it will result in a payroll deduction for the people who worked on your vehicle. Additionally it will set in motion a process for Gerber to refer the matter to collections." Sounds like a pretty terrible place to be an employee if you don't get paid for a billing issue with a large insurance company. I doubt legal under RCW 49.52.050. Also found a scuffed rear 1/4 that I don't remember having and the repair missed scratched rear light lenses. Not worth pursuing.

Josh and his entire team did an amazing job. My RAV4 2019 it was in a major accident and I was kind of worried but the staff was able to get my car looking new again. If you are going to fix your car they will fixed it above and beyond. This is my RAV4 before and after picture.

They ordered the wrong parts, but didn’t notice it until the day I was supposed to pick the car up, which added another week to the repair. Manager said they’d pick up the car rental fees for the extra days, it’s been three weeks and that STILL hasn’t happened. The headlight they installed filled up with condensation the day after I picked it up, as it rained that night. They ordered a second new headlight so I had to bring it back to have that installed. Can’t seem to get anyone on the phone to handle the rental car fees that Enterprise still hasn’t been paid for. Just an all around awful and frustrating experience.

This review is a direct reflection of a complete failure in communication and a deeply unprofessional customer service experience. An appointment was initially scheduled for a service on 7/30. The front desk representative, Christine, informed me that the appointment needed to be rescheduled due to facility repairs but assured me that I could drop off my vehicle early due to personal scheduling and parking constraints. This was an explicit agreement that I relied on. Less than 24 hours before the rescheduled appointment, I received a call from an employee named Jon, who stated that my service would have to be canceled entirely due to a sudden lack of space. When I calmly explained the prior arrangement with Christine, Jon's response was not one of apology or an attempt to resolve the issue. Instead, he attributed the miscommunication to me, stating that I had been "too persistent" in my conversation with his colleague. He refused to seek clarification from Christine and, after an unproductive and frustrating conversation, he informed me that he would no longer service my vehicle. The lack of accountability and the dismissive, disrespectful attitude displayed by this employee are shocking. I cannot recommend this business to anyone who expects to be treated with respect and professionalism. The poor internal communication and the willingness to blame the customer for a staff error are unacceptable.

Our insurance (Allstate) directly booked an appointment for me for an appraisal as an approved vendor. They called and left me a strange message that they didn’t know why Allstate gave the appointment as they were booked and “maybe they could get me in next week.” Then they cancelled my appointment via text. So clearly they had the appointment on their booking platform to begin with, so I was in disbelief that they were not up front about whatever happened. I have previously done business here and the customer service was very poor both times, but decided to give them a chance out of selfish convenience. Clearly not a great idea. I attempted to call back and of course no one answered despite being open. I believe business reviews should be fair and a reflection of actual experience. None of mine have been good. I sincerely hope they invest in better customer service. It’s a competitive business and you just won’t win if you don’t communicate well and take care of new and or returning guests.

I went out of my way to write a review here due to the extremely poor customer service experience I had working with my insurance to book an appointment here despite my previous two experiences that were less then stellar in the customer service department. Their customer service representative left me a message the evening before my appointment claiming my insurance company double booked them by mistake and they needed to push it out another week. This despite my insurance company sharing their booking system. My insurance company confirmed the same. I did receive a call after that review from the manager, but offering excuses is just not a winning formula for success. If the owner wants to reach out, I'm happy to detail this and the prior two experiences to help them, but not sure how my prior review was removed as it was authentic and intended to assist in getting the message to the right person.

Took my car here because Geico recommended it. They pushed my completion date back 3 times and ended up having it over 3 weeks. I had to pay so much more for my rental car than I expected from their initial completion date to get to work. Poor communication, and impossible to get ahold of on the phone. I tried texting them on a day it was supposed to be completed and they just pushed my completion date back again. Overall the car is fixed just really disappointed in how long it took especially that I was paying for my rental car while it was sitting there over 3 weekends while they’re closed. I would choose a different shop if you’re able
