Chris is a blessing in all respects—young and panicked I needed to get my rear driver’s side window repaired after my car was broken into close to midnight. Seattle Chip Away 24/7 service came to the rescue. Chris answered and got my appointment booked promptly and my window was fixed 12 hours later and reasonably priced. (Please—if you can help it, don’t call that number at 2AM panicked, just text him, because he WILL answer and help cause that’s just who he is!) Not only does this man do an excellent job, you’ll never have to think twice about who to go to for a windshield chip or God forbid a window break in. While repairing my window, he noticed a small crack in my windshield and fixed it during the same appointment. In the trash situation, Chris was a calming, bright light. He gained a for life client in me! You’ll be blessed booking with him! P.S. a butterfly literally danced its way into my car as we were finishing up. Pure peace working with Chris. Blessings

Chris “Mr Clean” is awesome!! He’s super quick, efficient, extremely friendly and welcoming to everyone who walks into or around his shop! I would 10/10 recommend him to everyone I know for rock chips on windshields and headlight restoration! The whole process takes maybe 10 minutes tops and he actually tries to get to know each and every one of his customers, which I highly respect especially since it’s just him doing this. Wow!! What an awesome experience! I just bought a brand new car and and got a chip on my windshield on my way to work..Very panicked, and upset with the prospect of already replacing my windshield...I urgently looked for a place to fix this crack immediately before it spreaded..I noticed that Seattle chip was the closest business around..I called and Chris wasn't even open at the time but he made the time and showed up to fix the chip..He was extremely professional, and understanding, and did an amazing job! Had a couple bad rock chips in my windshield, they were starting to grow larger every time I looked at them. I had called a couple big rock chip repair companies, and thought the prices were high, and I had happened to be driving by Seattle Chip Aways tent in Eastgate, stopped, met Chris. Chris was super nice, made me an EXCELLENT deal on doing all three of my chips. Great guy, great business. Today, I got another ding on my wife's car, she was very upset! My windshield was hit by a huge rock while on the road and it created the biggest rock ding I’ve ever had. I thought that the impact was so bad that my entire windshield would need to be replaced, which is both expensive and time consuming. I was able to schedule an appointment with Chris the same day and the work he did was incredible. He completely saved my windshield. I rarely leave reviews but his work is easily 6 stars and I can’t recommend him enough.

Super nice, quick and efficient. No longer than 10 minutes, with some good conversation thrown in there. I would go to this guy any day of the year over a place like Safelite. I paid $93 I’m not sure if thats good or bad, but I assume it’s probably around 10-20% cheaper than Safelite or any other windshield repair place, while being 90% quicker. Also you’re helping a normal guy out rather than some giant mega corporation, give him a shot if you need your glass repaired.

Got a 6" crack on my windshield from a fist-sized rock so took it to Seattle Chip Away. Super great guy, easy to work with. He takes great pride in his craftsmanship and was happy to spend as long as it took to try to make the crack invisible. In the end it went from being really obvious to almost invisible; you can't see it unless the sun hits at just the right angle and even then it's way smaller than it was before. Overall great experience and I'd highly recommend. No one at a larger business is going to spend this much time trying to get things perfect.
