Needed pressure check. Store was super busy, Pep Boys still took time to perform pressure check. Very impressed.

Great people. Even though I was a few minutes late for my appointment, Chris and Damon were able to get me in and quick turn around time.

Went in today on Labor day for a flat tire. They asked me some quick questions and fixed the puncture in less than 10 minutes. Saved my long weekend definitely. And they charged me nothing over the standard $30 puncture repair price.

Had some battery trouble while in town for work and the team here helped me out. Talked with Gary over the phone and he doubled checked to make sure they had the right battery for my car before I drove over. Stopped in and got my battery changed within an hour of me calling so I could get back on the road with no worries. Appreciate Chris helping me out at the counter and just all around great service.

My engine light was blinking and I went to Pep Boys and they told me that diagnostic was gonna be $100 So then I went to O’Reillys for a free diagnostic and it said my number two fuel injector was bad then I gave pep Boys the report they said we don’t honor diagnosis from another and they were still gonna charge me $100 so they told me that they would call me with a diagnosis which to me sounded strange because all they needed to do was put the same machine on my car to check it after two hours they call me and tell me that O Riley’s diagnose my car wrong they told me that there was nothing wrong with my fuel injector, but we needed to clean and change the spark plugs, which they claim they did. They took $960 and 4 1/2 hours of labor which now everyone tells me was ridiculous. I’m from California and my car broke down in Seattle. I felt stuck even though I felt they were lying to me. It was a Saturday and I needed my car because I knew mechanics were closed on Sunday. Came back two pep boys and they told me everything was fine. They fixed the problem. I took my car praying everything was all right. I was hungry so I went to the Jack-in-the-Box that was next to shop which is two spots down when I backed up my car for the parking my car started shaking after drove 10 miles all my lights came back on went back to pep Boys they were already closed I driving back to O’Reillys to do a diagnosis again the same thing popped up. Number 2 fuel injection was miss firing I have proof and what the problem was, and they did not care to listen to me and even changed the diagnosis what my problem was and I’m pissed that I’ve had been scammed and my money Stolen and now I’m stuck in Seattle waiting for Pep Boys to open up again for them to honor their mistake!

They refused service to my car without looking at it. It was just a nail in the tire. Le Schwab did the service promptly with great customer service. Don’t waste your time here.

No doubt the best experience at a car tire shop, best results quick, repair fast, trouble shooting exact, customer service top notch, I don't get excited about reviews but this place deserves 10 stars, I'll trust them with all my cars need that they can do, oil change for sure and new tires when come due. Great job to the team at SODO PEP BOYS and thank you for being pros.

Absolute disaster for keeping record of the vehicle I’ve had since using Pep Boys for last two years. Walked out as the current manager couldn’t even locate my car in their computer! How can anyone expect to stay loyal when you act like you e never seen me or my car before and I have to bring out receipts from my glovebox. I walked out and will find a closer place to home to do my brake work.. I followed Pep Boys after their move thinking being loyal meant something. The work seems to be fine but they can’t seem to track what I made the appointment for!

Got my standard schedule maintenance done for 60k miles on my Subaru. Service was friendly, informative, and flexible. I’ll be returning soon to get new brakes before the winter months.

Friendly staff and very reliable service. Had to get new parts for my alignment due to rust that they spotted for me and they ordered and installed them all without any extra cost to me. Would absolutely come back.

Best auto service experience my husband and I have had in 54 years. Brake noise that car was brought in for was identified as not a safety concern after removing all wheels and inspecting. Recommendation was made to continue driving the car unless any change in performance is noted. Worn tires were recommended to be replaced. (We were aware of tire isssue prior to visit.) There were limited options for replacement of the Run Flat Tires required for our vehicle and we elected not to replace tires at that time. Pep Boys Service manager advised me that there was no charge for the inspection and refused any payment. He advised me that the inspection is provided without charge and that they endeavor to provide service to ensure vehicle safety and do not recommend service that is not needed. I left, confident that this garage was the place in Seattle I wanted to take our car for any future service. Run Flat Tires were acquired two days after visit and I returned to this Pep Boys Store and had new tires put on the vehicle. I experienced the same excellent service that I experienced earlier.

Called a week ahead to get an oil change overnight for a work van. They gave attitude when trying to set the appointment. After it was set, when the day of the appointment came, I dropped off the van and relayed that it was for an overnight oil change and I needed to pick it up in the morning. The guy said no problem, they'll give a call when it's done. Next day, no call. We call in and hear it's 30 cars behind on a first come first serve basis. Which would make sense if I hadn't called specifically for this appointment. The desk guy had the mind to tell me I didn't remind them when I brought it in, though I very clearly and Plainly did. This place is a last resort option if nothing else is available as far as I'm personally concerned

I pulled into the parking lot with the red battery dash light on a little after 4 PM. I went in and asked if they had a battery tester and they said they only had one technician who was on lunch break. I went out to try to start the car and it didn’t start. When I went back in, they had the technician come out and jump it, they pulled it into the bay and they diagnosed it as a bad charging system. Gary pulled up a list of replacement alternators and recommended the re-manufactured OEM for $526. I asked how much is the labor and he seemed to indicate that included the labor. Before I left he had me come look at the serpentine belt and recommended replacement. I agreed to that and I was pleasantly surprised when they had the car ready to pick up before noon the next day. When I picked it up, the cost did not include the labor which I suppose is on me for not signing an estimate before I left the shop. However, I was disappointed that there is now a smell of antifreeze upon running the vehicle. I haven’t been able to find a leak, but this is a new smell of antifreeze coolant that was not present before the repair on the alternator/serpentine belt. It also takes a lot more force to close the hood than it did before.

Chris and David were great. My car's tire was patched quickly and I was treated professionally. I didn't realize this place was here but I feel very comfortable to come back if I have any car needs.

Really appreciate the honest service. They suggested us buy the headlight elsewhere and replace it ourself to save money, and even showed us how to do it. Rare and refreshing experience. We will definitely go there for our next car service.
