Our ML350 needed a major repair that turned out not to be straightforward. Best had given us an estimate, but it was high enough that we sought a second opinion. Got the same estimate and diagnosis from another shop. We chose to go with Best. The repair took a while due to confusion with which parts (manufacturing year had split suppliers). Even though it took much more work, they honored their original estimate. They even fixed a couple other small items for free. We will take our car there again in the future.

This shop offered the best price for timing chain service on bmw N26 engine. In addition to changing the timing chain they also changed high pressure fuel pump and did valve cover replacement with gaskets. The final repair cost was the same as the estimate they gave after diagnostics, they charged no extra money. After the repair the car runs great. Highly recommend these guys, they can do proper complex repairs for very reasonable prices.

my car's timing belt had gotten destroyed and needed replacement after 170K miles, i took it to another mechanic and was quoted up in the $2K range, took it here instead and got it completely fixed for several hundred less, even discovered an issue with the camshaft that had also gotten damaged from the belt, got that replaced as well. a few days later, there were still issues, so i took it back, and got it fixed up again on a walk-in notice, new fuel injectors and labor, all for free. these guys are very good and kind and helped me so much when others told me my car was totaled. thank you!

My 2008 BMW broke down on the weekend around Northgate with engine overheat warning. I was looking for nearby auto shops while waiting for the tow truck and decided to go with Best Service and Repair based on the great reviews, which I am really glad I made the right decision. I dropped by first thing in the morning and delighted to find out from the woman owner that diagnosis is free. They worked on the car the same day and kept great communication on each step with detail cost breakdown. They took it out for multiple test drive and make sure all codes were clear properly, and also contacted the dealer to find out additional information over the recalls that has been done on the car. Thank you Ilona and the mechanics there. I will definitely be back for services here in the future, along with my other European car to this hidden gem!

I've been bringing my CLA 250 (2014) here since 2018, and the service has consistently been excellent. Illona and the team have always been honest, knowledgeable, and reliable—qualities that are hard to find in the auto service world. This is the best experience I’ve had with a mechanic. He was straight to the point.. no BS (which is rare to find these days) As a woman it was the best feeling ever to be taken seriously & to be talked to with honesty. They took in my car in same day, which thank god because I got a new job & needed it immediately!! They got it fixed quicker than expected & the price seemed reasonable. Overall an easy experience. I can’t say enough good things about Best Service & Repair. I had a catalytic converter problem with my 2013 Audi A6. Called them in the morning and Adam asked me to bring the car in and he got working on it almost immediately. I got a call the same evening, telling me that the car was done and ready for pick up. The best part - the bill was literally a fraction of what the dealership quoted me. Adam was upfront and very polite, and just genuinely helpful. It’s rare to find a shop that’s both trustworthy and affordable, but they nailed it. The car runs amazingly well now. Definitely my go-to now.
