The Owner Jimmy is hands down the best there is in the business. Customer service is incredible, had my car done earlier than expected and also had it cleaned, washed, vacuumed, and tire shined for pick up because of the trouble I had to go through from the insurance company. They did a nice job but they keep dragging the days like crazy they told be its about two weeks approximately but they kept it for ( 9 weeks ) so if you have time to spend for rental this place is great 🤘🏽they going to tell you weather is not good for paint and keep dragging the days by days .GOOD LUCK 🙌🏼😊

I am writing this in hopes someone will avoid the mistake I made of brining my car here. I was involved in a motor vehicle accident in July. Having just gotten the car I was very distraught. I was recommended this shop by Allstate stating it was in good hands with repubable people… I was hesitant at first and should have listened to my gut. During these 4 months that my car was in the hands of this shop, I was receiving calls about how parts were being ordered, how the car is being broken apart to assure accurate damage, and how the front bumper is completely fixed. After 2/3 months of my car being in the owners hands, “Jim” stopped answering my calls. Here we are 4 months later. I finally had enough and showed up the auto shop only to find my car smashed up the same was it was when it arrived. In fact it was in worse condition as it was sitting outside with the hood open, no tarp and debris everywhere for 4 months. My car is now in WORSE condition than how it arrived there thanks to Knights Auto. Please heed my warning and DO NOT trust this shop by any means.

Stay far away from this place. This “shop” and owner Jim (Jimmy) has had my car for months with no progress other than taking parts off and putting nothing on. He doesn’t return phone calls and has been a hassle for my insurance. The rare chance you do catch him he will say everything would be done in a week but here we are 4 months later and still nothing. The mechanics don’t know anything, even when you show up in person, and they just tell you to speak with Jim. This is the biggest hassle and scam of my life and I hope to spread the word to others so they can never use this place. All the other reviews are several years old so clearly he doesn’t live up to his past reputation.
