I received no opportunity for negotiations. Friendly sales person so although disappointed, I accepted the situation. Was promised a tutorial on the vehicle I purchased. That lasted about 15 / 20 minutes with no less than three interruptions (cell phone ringing) for him to return to the showroom to attend to another sales opportunity. I was brushed off. Since my vehicle was previously owned It came with no manual for institutions. I was told to YouTube and figure it out, but if need be he would be happy to help, between the hours of 9-11am, when it was not terribly busy. I work 9-6. How is that of any assistance. Additionally it was suggested I go on eBay and purchase the manual (at a cost of $70 plus dollars.) Overall disappointed!!!

The service department is one of the best I’ve ever dealt with. Everyone is professional and courteous and Downright friendly. It’s really nice to pull into a garage that is specifically for drop off and pick up of your car so you’re out of the elements. You walk into the service area talk with the service advisor and then go to the waiting area if you’re gonna stay, they have an espresso bar within an attendant great Wi-Fi and comfortable seating.

I can’t thank Jose enough — he turned a longtime dream of a Supra into reality. Beyond the car, Jose’s warmth and integrity stood out. I bought a car! Izzy was the best salesperson. I was doing shopping around and checking out different dealerships and all I got met with was pushy sales people who just cared about a number. I met Izzy back in December when i was unsure about getting a car and he had patience with me, helping me work through the numbers and also answering any question I had. He gave the white glove service and was always there with a smile ready to help. Then finally a car popped up in March and he helped me through the process walking me through each step and I walked out with a car :) He is not your typical sales person who is just thinking about his commission he truly cares about getting you in the right car!

I had a great experience at Toyota of Stamford. I got into my car one morning and the check engine light was on. With a very young baby, safety is absolutely top of mind for me, so I didn’t want to risk postponing anything. I brought the car in that afternoon without an appointment. I was told they were extremely busy with appointments (it was New Year’s week) and that it could realistically take a few days to get to my car. When I explained that I have an infant, they were incredibly understanding and promised they would do their very best to look at it that day or the next. The very next morning, they called to let me know they had identified the issue. It ended up being a quick fix, and I really appreciated that they didn’t try to upsell me or tell me a long list of other things that “needed” to be done — something I’ve unfortunately experienced at other service centers. My car was ready just one hour later. Everyone I interacted with was friendly, honest, and helpful. I truly appreciated the sense of urgency and care they showed in helping a new mom feel safe on the road. I’m very grateful and would absolutely recommend them.

I highly reccomend those looking for new or some preowned toyotas to come to Toyota of Stamford and please ask for Nixon. I didnt come in with the most viable trade in but they took the car and readied a deal for me. It took some work and a bit of back and forth with some managers. But I am happy, with my used 09 camry. I wasnt spoken to in any regard other than in the most professional and polite ways and was treated like family. A business I would like to consider a part of my home in stamford. Nixon was also local to stamford and it was a real treat to be able to talk about our history growing up here in stamford and ct. I cannot say enough good things about toyota of stamford. Im finally at peace with the purchase and handling of this car. Im supremely esctatic to have made this deal and to have been treated so well.
