Love these guys. So helpful when needed, not over priced and guaranteed repairs. Only problem is sometimes takes 2 or 3 weeks to get any serious repairs done. Randy is that good and always has a pretty full calendar of appointment scheduled.

Randy is an outstanding and upfront owner and mechanic, he was kind enough to loan and install a part in my SUV while i waited! I was in a jam, and on a handshake i was on the road, when the new part came in, again it was fixed quickly and at 1/2 what the local dealer quoted me. He also cleaned up the aftermarket air-cleaner at no charge, I highly recommend Randy at Kosrow!

These folks are awesome! I had visited many shops that could not do the work to replace my really rare and annoying catalytic converter, that were quoting me around $2,500. They quickly got me a quote at half that and said they would do it. I dropped it off two nights later (parts were fast) and picked it up the next day, all done. They even got a Excel glass to come in and do my new windshield for me, who worked with my insurance great! Everything was done at once and I had my car back super fast! Friendly staff. Summary: fast, efficient, reasonable prices. Highly recommend.

Fantastic service. Timely, thorough, and a wonderful price. Reminds me of our WW 2 Army Air Corp mechanic growing up. They listened to my request and far exceeded. My family has been taking our cars to Randy for years. They are great at what they do, always quick to diagnose a problem and get it repaired and on your way. I feel 100% confidence in their services. They aren't out to hurt anyone in anyway and truly want to help. Randy and his crew have done simple things like oil changes for me as well as bigger issues such as water pump replacements. The last car I bought, before I actually purchased it, I brought it to Randy and he looked it over for me and hooked up the code reader, free of charge! They are a busy place, so be prepared to wait sometimes, depending on what you need done, but they'll get to it and get it done right.

A big thank you to the staff. We were quoted $250 at a unnamed jeep mechanic in estacada for a wheel bearing replacement. They claimed the hub and axel arm(?) Were also damaged and needing replaced bringing the total to $650. I said I wanted a second opinion. Dropped my car off at Kosrow (did not tell them of previous quote) and they fit me in the same day..... for just a wheel bearing at $290. So thanks again guys, I'm not made of money and I appreciate the honest work.

Absolutely the worst mechanic. Don't visit these people if you actually want your car repaired within the time frame that they promise. The owners wife Kris is very rude she is very short with you and acts like your car doesn't mean anything to them. They say they do things that they haven't even started. I was told they ordered parts for my wife's vehicle which I have still gotten no call after two weeks( they have had the car for one week and never looked at it even know I have an appointment) . When my wife called for an update she was told by Kris that if she wants the work done maybe she should go somewhere else and of course no apologies in any kind of way. When she asked where the parts are of they were ordered, Kris just said "nope we didn't order anything". Again another lie. Don't go here if you need car work done horrible people.

I have had good luck with them in the best but my last visit has me thinking other wise. I bring my car in with bad alternator and power steering pump and ask them to take a look as I just replaced alternator and it goes out again the response I get is alternator lately have only lasted 1 year (okay) then when I ask about my power steering they say just drive till it goes out till I open my hood and power steering fluid is visible leaking from the unit like wow guess they don’t want my money good luck

I was recommended to go to kosrow by a few people. First, I went for some standard maintenance, transmission flush, oil change, etc. then I needed some extended warranty work done on my F-150. A known cam phaser issue that should’ve been covered by Ford but nevertheless it wasn’t. I didn’t want to give the dealership business after that so I found Kosrow. They went above and beyond, I gave them the extended warranty policy number and they handled the rest with the company. Took a few weeks to get it mainly due to the warranty company dragging their feet but I had all the documentation I needed for things to get covered and it’s been about 6 months since the work was done and the truck is still running like a top. Highly recommended!!

We brought our small company truck in to Kosrow Automotive a few years ago for fluid changes on the (sealed) transmission and the three 4x4 gearboxes. My boss had used them in the past and said they are fair and honest... he was right! Like I stated before time has passed and the little GMC Canyon is still doing great at almost 300k!! Called them for some advice today on another company truck the gentleman I spoke to on the phone was very friendly and helpful. We appreciate the whole team over there doing a great job!

The shop did not communicate well about the work being done on my truck. for that reason they cut a trailer light hookup which they had to reimburse me for, and tried wiring my third brake light in there, which was wrong. Really bad work done on my truck and figuring it out about 3 months later because my blinker started having issues. Come now to learn that this shop wired a third brake light all the way under the frame of my car and cut into multiple electrical lines completely unnecessarily. I didn't learn about this until having my truck looked at for the blinker issue and they brought it to my attention. it should have been wired into my back lights or run through the bed into the cab, not run under the exterior of my truck.

This place is awesome. Went into Point S, and they told me I needed my brakes done. Took it to Kosrow, and they did the front, and told me I had 40% left on the back, so they didn't waste my money doing them. That's how they are. If something doesn't need to be done, they don't do it. It's great especially if you don't know a lot about mechanics. They also let you drop off and pick up the vehicle after hours, which is awesome if you work long days. Customer service is really good. Highly recommend.
