We chose this place based on the good reviews that they have on every website, and I have to say, we were not disappointed! Frank was very nice, sympathetic of our situation and even he let us pick up our vehicle after hours. They are honest and seriously really good people. I will not hesitate to come back in the future.

My experience at this establishment has been absolutely amazing. The level of professionalism that I experienced was refreshing. The bill to repair my AC for my new car as a lot higher than I could afford and they worked with me to ensure that I was able to get the support that I needed with fixing my problem. There was so much care & understanding with the trying times that we’re all in and my I’m eternally grateful for this experience. I would highly recommend this company to anyone who needs any auto work completed. They were a light in these dark times.

I love Barry and Frank at Kramer's! I have been using them for years and I trust them explicitly! They are very professional and really care about their customers! They have helped me out even during hard times and was able to offer me a very economical price and was very understanding of my situation. Needed to get my front brakes changed, so I paid them a visit. Barry and the crew fixed my air conditioning system some years ago and it's still running perfectly, even with the extreme heat we've been having. They performed an inspection on the car and let me know all the things that needed work or replacing and how soon each should be done. The prices were reasonable and less than other places in the area. I had questions about some of their recommendations, so they showed me where the problems were. Was able to drop the car off as soon as they opened and come back for it later in the day, ready to roll. I think they're pretty honest, and perform great work quickly. If you don't have a mechanic in the area, I would recommend you give them a call.

We are so happy with our service! We recently had some work done on our AC. It was a very very hot day when I picked up the car and I was concerned that the AC wasn't working correctly after the repair. Bob listened to my concerns and kept the car an extra day to drive around and test everything. We just picked up that car and are incredibly happy with everything. The AC is working perfectly! It's hard to find a trust worthy shop and we're so grateful for the excellent customer service we received.

Took my Honda here to fix the ac. I told the guy it was an issue with the ac compressor and he says no. Three weeks my car was at the shop waiting on a computer that we ended up not needing. The shop did fix the electrical issue however I picked up my car and had to bring it right back due to the car shaking looks like a water pump had to be replaced that I was charged for which seem to be a mistake from the shop anyways whatever I paid for the part however my car still needed to have the ac compressor changed I ended up finishing the job at a different shop and they changed the ac compressor and now my car has no noise and runs great. Kramer charged me over 600 dollars just to find the issue half way and charged extra to fix the problem that was not complete a total of over 1000 was paid to Kramer and still had to pay a different shop to change the compressor which is what I said to the front dude when I left my car at this shop.

I had a terrible experience at Kramer's Auto Electric & A/C. I brought my car in for a simple repair, and they ended up scamming me out of a lot of money. They kept finding "additional problems" that needed immediate attention, which I later found out were completely unnecessary. The staff was very pushy and made me feel like I had no choice but to agree to the extra repairs. To make matters worse, the final bill was astronomically higher than the original estimate. When I tried to question the charges, they were dismissive and rude. I would not recommend this place to anyone. If you value your hard-earned money, stay far away from Kramer's Auto Electric & A/C. There are plenty of other reputable auto shops out there that won't take advantage of you.

My ability to do a fair amount of repairs myself got in the way yesterday at Kramer's. Long story in a nutshell...I wasn't easy. They handled the situation with honesty and class. My AC works perfect today in no small part thanks to their knowledge and good feel for customer plus my shade tree mechanic effort today. The few bucks that changed hands yesterday leaves me humble and grateful. Strongly recommend Kramer's. Thanks again guys.

I called twice to ask about their services since they are close to my home. Both times the call was cut off without any explanation. There was no greeting and no attempt to assist. If this is how they treat someone before they even walk in the door it says everything about their approach to customers. Completely unacceptable.

I have been a Happy Customer of Kramer’s Auto Electric and A/C for many years. I am to support Family Owned and Operated local businesses. Kramer's Auto Electric and A/C is located in Western Tamarac Florida , close to Tamarac City Hall and the Fire Station off of Pine Island Road just north of McNab Road. Believe or not, when you arrive you are greeted by genuine people who will want to help you. How Refreshing!! I am always greeted by friendly staff who make me feel confident and that I was in good hands. I appreciate the communication throughout the entire process, providing updates and making sure I was comfortable with the repair decisions The shop itself is always clean and organized, a nice change from other repair places. The mechanics quickly diagnosed the issue with my Ford Expedition and gave me other suggestions to help with preventive measures. The pricing was fair and competitive, especially considering the level of service and their expertise. Kramer’s Auto Electric and A/C also offered a warranty on the work, which gave me extra peace of mind. Karmer’s Auto Electric and A/C is a trustworthy, reliable, and professional auto shop that I highly recommend to anyone in need of car maintenance or repairs. I’ve been bringing my family’s cars to Kramer’s for years, and I wouldn’t trust anyone else with them. They always go above and beyond, not just fixing the issue but making sure everything is running smoothly. Their work is top-notch, and they’re honest, reliable, and really know their stuff. It’s hard to find a mechanic who truly cares about their customers, but that’s exactly what you get here. No matter what kind of car trouble I have, they always take care of it quickly and efficiently. I never feel like I’m being upsold or overcharged, which is a rare thing these days.
