Definitely agree. Nice people most of the time but for rare occasions and everyone has a bad day lol. But yes, very nice and helpful and self checkout helpers are real nice and agree with below post about the self checkout guy,.. I know who you mean and agree. Ty

They usually have everything we want to buy. Some of the prices are a bit higher than Wal-Mart. Most are lower than Wal-Mart. It's very rare that their shelves are empty. The people are pleasant and I know one cashier personally. We get great customer service and the interactions with the employees make my husband and myself happy. I love the digital coupons and I use them whenever I shop.

Kroger never fails me. They always have what I'm looking for. And because of the clean environment and and the proper training of their employee, I know there won't be any hunting for the next item on my list! Thanks Kroger for simplifying my grocery shopping experience. There is a reason i only shop here for my food items.

You can smell the restroom from outside the door. I'm not sure what cleaning products are being used, but they dont work. Its shameful. Customers deserve better, and poor employees who have to use it everyday.

I have used Krogers for years. The last two times I used their delivery service I was ripped off. The first time for over 200.00 dollars and the second time for over 80.00. I realize that the delivery service people are not Kroger employees, however Krogers is the one who made the money, while the delivery person walked off with ribeye steaks and ribs etc. Krogers was absolutely no help whatsoever in refunding my money saying they would credit me, guess what the next delivery person did the same thing walked away with all of my groceries and I paid for her kids junk food too. Once again Kroger did not refund my money. I absolutely will not ever shop at Kroger again. Whatever incompetent thieving delivery people they use just lost them a long-time customer.

I was at checkout and the bagger was very rude and unkind when i had told him not to place the dishsoap and food together. He kept ignoring me and then he had said shutup to me. I saw his name tag it had said Christopher i recommend firing him.

Quite surprised at their prices... I thought my Kroger card might save a little but not today. Self serve line was confusing - sign said card only but it was actually both according to the attendant. He was very nice and helpful but I don't see much of a difference in generic prices and brand items were higher than Meier or Martins. Ex: Eggland dozen eggs about $5.70 a dozen.😲

It had BREAD, thank God, It's been a struggle here in VERY northern Indiana, to find bread. There store was bare in several areas possibly due to the great sales. 👍 Their employees aren't the most friendly 🙄 😑. I Also felt it wasn't very clean by the appearances of the doors, floors and shelves. It's not my 1st choice nor my 2nd or 3rd but this morning I was out n passing it and I decided to check it out. Thanks for all your employee's hard work and service to our community. It's truly appreciated MORE than it seems by some customers unruly behavior.

Worst Kroger ever! Most sale items not available. Aisles blocked waste of time and energy looking for special displays. No fuel pumps. Dirty store. No checkout lanes open! Refuse to use self checkout.

After today's visit at this location, I felt I must review this store because of a wonderful employee named Jack. He saw me struggling with a hand held basket and ask if he could assist me by going to get me a regular grocery basket. It was like he heard my thoughts. Jack stopped what he was doing to go get me a grocery cart. It's employees like Jack will keep me coming back. Thank you Kroger

Dirty store. Attracts same kind of people. Maybe two checkers who are nice and friendly. Customer service lines are very slow, need a second line going. Many items are not restocked when they get low. Produce ready to rot in couple days, not fresh when you purchase it. Can barely get carts down the line on the weekends. Rarely shop there except just for one or 2 items for convenience. I will say they have a pretty good bakery, The breads are great! Parking lot still needs work but somewhat better. Gas points are nice, that helps.

If you place an order online they will not honor the in app pricing. They tried to charge me almost $50 more than the $72 the app showed at pickup. Will not shop here anymore. Online order pick up is a scam.

Im standing here at customer service waiting until 9:15 when the it opens at 8:30 . Im trying to pay an electric bill and the employee is working at her slowest. No one else to help her she just walked off and left us standing here. Yall need some new employees like really. I know you probably dont care but your employess working cs are sad examples of customer service

Very impressed with the wide variety of name and quality Kroger brand. SUPER impressed with MISTY, the staffer assigned to the self check-out lanes. Besides helping me with a Kroger card and clearance items, she was quite adept when three registers needed tech help at the same time! All with a smile on her face and encouragement in her voice. I’ll be back!!

My history with Kroger crosses dozens of stores and all over this state. This location is a favorite for a few reasons. The staff is helpful unlike other stores. They open lanes if needed during peek hours and the lines run smoother. Second I have had assistance with my handicap momma and myself to get our groceries loaded in the truck swiftly by staff. The manager of the meat department and an older gentleman that bags the items. Graciousness is rare in today’s society but this store has people that care. Ty for your dedication to us. Will be returning.

Just a bunch of lazy people not doing their job. Manager ignored employees and customers asking for help while on her phone. Most staff were old people falling asleep or on their phones. The only one that did his job was Rick and another woman who's name I couldn't catch.
