Today I took a vehicle to get inspected here before I purchased it. It was a great looking vehicle, the dealer had worked hard to cover the problems but thankfully the mechanic knew what to look for and saved me so much money on a vehicle that wasn’t worth but $500. They had taken the time to point out the spots where the dealers tried to hide the problems. Rich had amazing customer service throughout the whole thing. Highly recommend.

They offer a free inspection of your vehicle. But, if you choose not to do the repairs with them at that time they charge you 33.00 for the inspection!

Excellent place to do business, I stopped in to see if they could do an inspection of my brakes. They had to move a couple of cars out to get my vehicle in, then pull the wheels off to look at the brake pads. He came to the waiting room and asked me to come out to the shop and he showed me that my brakes were still in good shape . I asked him what I owed him for the inspection because they spent 20 minutes doing it and to my surprise he said no charge. I had to politely ask him how I could pay for his time because its worth something. He said buy the boys a coke. I gave him money for Pizza because there are not many businesses out there, that would do that for free. I know that if I'm in the area again and need maintenance on my vehicle they will be the ones doing it.

Very reliable and trustworthy shop i will amit i did have an issue with my dart they didnt know what was wrong with it but they were very upfront an honest about it and recommended different mechanics they knew could handle the issue and i took my dart to the dealership for an issue, they attempted to rip me off saying my starter needed to be replaced i immediately took it to this shop an they said it was completely fine just unplugged pluged it in and it fired up immediately they could have easily charged me but didnt stating they didnt really do anything this will always be my go to mechanic highly highly recommend

Fixed our truck with a solenoid. But it had to be redone for free, bc the new solenoid had a missing gasket causing an oil leak. And had to take it back with for a replacement of a new one. But the mechanics were honest as to what happened. It was a scary thing bc we'd just bought the truck and the part was defective, but it did work out.

🤦♂️🤦♂️🤦♂️ Good guys but bad service 👎🏻 I initially came for a valve stem replacement and wheel balancing. In the end, I also arranged for the replacement of the front brake pads and engine oil. But the most important thing for me was the replacement of the rear valve stem, because it was leaking air. Ultimately, they replaced the oil, replaced the brake pads, but they didn't balance the wheel or replace the nipple. Even though they tried to balance the wheel twice. I told them twice that my steering wheel was shaking. They said everything was fixed, but it turned out to be the same, the steering wheel was shaking, and the valve stem was not replaced, and the tire deflated again a couple of hours later where it was damaged. So, it was very bad. So I need to find who will fix it again and need to pay more. It was 02/11/2026.

Troy goes above and beyond .Since he's taken over. Tuffy has been one of my go to shops for mechanical issues. He puts the customers first and you can't ask for anything better than that. Anytime I had an issue with my vehicle. He also worked me in to make sure. I could get back on the road again. And the prices are reasonable. I would strongly recommend Tuffy to anyone who wants to get quality work done for their vehicle.
