A shipper broke the hinges on my trl door on a Friday morning. An I was going to lose the load because most places I called was going to make me wait for Monday. I called R-way An they got me in right after lunch An I was out An back at the shipper to get my load. Thank you Ceara and R-way. I hope I spelled her name right. You all did an awesome job to get me going. An I will refer you to my boss if we need future repairs. Again thank you.

If you want work done by underpaid overworked people this is your spot. Mike the micro management pro will make sure your trailer is repaired as cheaply as possible with a 200% mark up on dollar tree parts. You can almost guarantee the person working on your rig is not trained to do so and when the repair fails they accept no responsibility. If you can't tell I'm a bit disgruntled by the whole experience if your behind a trailer with an rway sticker on it I'd pass as quickly as possible

I came to R-way trailer repair, LLC 04/15/22 Being recommended by my friend but I will tell you this guys these people are very amazing, they fixied my trailer rewired the whole system very nice my trailer had been a mess but its almost brand new these guys charged me reasonable price not expensive . MORRIS Being a manager he also has very good sensor of human., very approachable and he kept updating what they are doing on my trailer and anytime I want to call or text asking how far they have gone he was always there,thank you soo much MR.MORRIS you are very good manager . The staff were great here. Stayed late to give me my trailer that was proffesionally repaired. And even looked at my truck to see what electrical issue it had to get me rolling which they dont work on trucks but found the problem. Highly recomend them! 2nd time there was the same. They took care of everything. G.M. Morris always kept me updated on the issues and progress. Foreman Ethan and Tech Jacob ( those guys deserve a raise ) actually stayed 2 hrs after closing and came in an hour early to finish the job. ( who does that ? ) Largest and most equipped trailer repair facility I've ever seen. Even fabrication on site. EXPERIENCED PROFESSIONAL Trailer Mechanics. OUTSTANDING customer service. Its worth driving the extra mile to take it here. Best shop I've ever been to. And I've been to a lot of em .

Had the trailer door come away from the side of the trailer broke 4 hinges. Called them and they got me in first thing in the morning 2 hrs later was fixed and back on the road. Kim and Morris were very helpful. Side note any O/O needing work on their trailer highly recommended go here if you're in the area fairly priced rates 😀

Had a problem with my tandems. Brought the trailer over and dropped it at 1530 on a Wednesday. They got it in inside, analyzed the issue and let me know they'd be on it first thing in the morning. Thursday morning was given a ready time of 1200. Arrived at 1145 but repairs weren't complete until 1330. Morris Mattson, the general manager, came out to my truck and apologized for the delay, explained the complications they had encountered and apologized again about not meeting the time goal and for delaying me. He didn't call me on the phone. He didn't have the service deskor switcher apologize. He came out to my truck and apologized in person. And it was cold out. Respect. Everyone here is very polite, very professional, and they fixed me proper. Despite the extra delay a superior experience.
