Predictably unfriendly i bring my car there for air bag replacement i wait for more than a hour take my car to my wife's work then walk 1/2 a mile home fun times i did get a free cookie and water whoohoo!!

It is the worst service I am receiving in this country, I have had my car at this dealership for 3 weeks, when I got a key, first they made me pay for a tow truck to take it and they made me the key immediately, and then I took the car The tow truck tells me I have to leave it so they can make the key, and I've been waiting for 3 weeks and they still haven't given me an answer. I am already getting desperate because I am spending $20 a day since I have no other means of transportation to get around.

If you want to be taken to the wood shed then I'd suggest going here. Always trying to sell you services you don't need and upcharge you for things not necessary. I'm sure the techs are great the oil change was done just fine. But anyone who has a sales quota there I'd definitely be weary of.

I originally went to the dealership where I got my car and had problem after problem with the service team... I finally called Gurley Leep Honda in Elkhart to see if they could look at it and figure out what was wrong... it took a few trial and error visits but overall they did an excellent job. They went above and beyond for me and ensured that I felt comfortable and safe in my vehicle. I could not have chosen a better place to take my Honda CR-V. If you are having problems with your vehicle I would definitely take it to Todd and his Honda Service team. They are respectful and treated me fairly. I am a female and did not feel ignored or undermined. They listened and relieved SO much stress from my life. Therefore, this is who I will be taking my Honda to for all future repairs and updates. What should of been a simple repair on my vehicle became a horrible customer service experience. I believe it was because I didn't follow a statement the manager told me to relay to my insurance company. After 4 weeks of no communication. I called back asking for updates. I was passed to 4 people before they "found" me in the computer.They claimed I needed to send a email of the claim. I asked to have them call back to state they had received it. After two weeks of no response I went back to my insurance company. I got a list of companies I went to another place the same day I went they took care of me right away. They took pictures and before I got home I had a claim from them come through my insurance company. I had a quote plus a call back that it would be earlier then expected to repair my vehicle. That simple of customer service care was incredible.

I took our Honda Civic in for an oil change yesterday because my husband insisted. I suggested he just take it to drive and shine but for the past ten years he’s used Gurley Leep Service. When I dropped the car off I asked if they’d top fill the windshield washer fluid and they said they would. It was ready to pick up within an hour. Today when my husband checked before work and said there is no washer fluid. I paid $70 of what would normally be a $90 service but had one of those $20 off plus free car wash flyers they send in the mail. His low tire light is still on also. I won’t be back for an oil change here ever again. I do not recommend.

Jordan did an amazing job .he went way and beyond his service to help.Just like the guys at Bell honda in Phoenix Arizona. I told him how I traveled an extra 40 mins for service but there was another honda dealership 10 mins away but the service was garbage. I traveled across town for better service. And that's even though Basney Honda is 15 mins away Gurley Leep Honda was worth the trip because of the quality and service the elkhart honda gave me.Thanks Jordan and the Gurley Leep elkhart honda.I will be coming back for all my Honda needs
