Save ur self some money n do not take ur car here took my truck for a misfired they count find nothing they said when truck is acting up bring it back took it back for them to do the same thing agains n dint find nothing again just clean the spark plug from cylinder 7 spark plugs were new they charge me over 100 dollar for nothing they do not know what they doing there they can’t even do real engine work I would never go back there so save ur self money n take it to a real shop

My car had a check VSC light go on and off for the past month or so, then the battery died, so someone suggested taking it here. We talked back and fourth about possible issues, they did the test and couldn't find any issues as the lights had gone off by the time they tested it. They charged me for half and hour of time, which I thought was very reasonable. I trust the team at Morris and would definitely bring future cars here.

It is hard to find an auto shop that is honest and reasonable about fixing cars. Morris always provides a reasonable estimate and in the many years we have brought our cars here they have never went over that estimate. Highly recommend using Morris.

Thought sense they were a small local company that they would operate their business in a professional manner. I brought my truck there twice. First time was for inspection and rear brakes. Brakes were done fine and inspection only found one ball joint that was bad. Came in to get that replaced, paid close to 400 for 1 ball joint and upper control arm. They replaced the wrong ball joint and control arm. And left the only ball joint that they found on there inspection completely untouched. They refuse to make this right and eat the labor. I even offered to pay the full price for parts and only asked them to eat the labor. They refused. I would not recommend anyone take their vehicle here for any maintenance or anything for that matter. What a disappointment!!!

My daughter is out there for college and her car broke down. Didn't know who to turn to, thanks to reviews we had the car towed to Morris. Yes they are busy but their service was amazing. They quoted my daughter one price and called back and said it was less than quote. Who does that, honest ppl! Thank you for taking care of my daughter and not taking advantage of a student. Amazing and grateful!

Very very impressed. This group was recommended to me by a friend and super glad he did. Cameron was very competent, got me right in, price was good especially considering they were able to fix a sensor that no one else could figure out. He just noticed it was broken and asked me about it and took care of it. I will definitely be using them again!

Wonderfully honest and helpful. They were my third opinion and they were on the nose with my second opinion. First place I went completely lied and tried to do over $1300 worth of unnecessary work to my vehicle. Cam and his staff are very caring and trust worthy people. They even fixed a small re-seal that was needed and didn't charge me. I will definitely be bringing my Jeep to them when work is needed and recommending them to my family and friends.

Dropped my car off in the morning for an oil change. Conveniently located, I was able to walk to work from there. Mid afternoon I received a call letting me know my vehicle was ready for pickup. Walked over at lunch to pickup my car. No wait. The mechanic who changed my oil checked me out. Prices were on par with the average. He thoroughly went over everything with me. Would recommend.

I brought my car to Morris because it was loud but it was hard to describe where the sound was coming from. They made some repairs and resynced my key fob to the car. When I picked it up the noise was better but it was still loud so I took it back to them this week. They found a couple more things and fixed them both. They didn't charge me for it. They also found that my bearing on one of my wheels was going bad and they were concerned that it was a safety issue. I had that fixed. My air pressure light has been on for 3 years. I have taken it to two different mechanics. One said "it's probably just a sensor and we can change all 4 of them for you". I did not do that. The other mechanic didn't do anything for it either. I am so grateful that Morris found the problem and fixed it. That light has been bothering me since it has been on! When I went to pick up my car they mentioned another thing to be aware of but was not urgent to get fixed. They even said I could wait a year if I chose to. I will have my car back there in 2 weeks to make that repair also. As long as I live in the Elkhart area Morris will be my mechanic! They are honest, reasonably priced and didn't talk to me like I am stupid. They explained what was wrong and what needed to be fixed. I rarely write reviews but Morris has done such a great job on my vehicle I want everyone to know how good they are.

Incredible service! Honestly is everything and they are honest. We have saved money with them several times due to there honesty. They found things that they fixed and needed replaced under warranty and fixed it and let me know. They were honest on what needed repaired right away and what could wait… Friendly folks. Towed our truck when we were in a pinch - no upfront cost. Great people! Jade front desk is very sweet and knowledgeable, she answers all my questions even when i ask her to repeat it all again slowly 😅 The technician says hello and uses my first name upon entering the shop. We’ve spent thousands here to fix our truck up. It needed lots of work. They do Quality work. Don’t hesitate to go here!

Morris took a look at my Explorer and quoted a fair and reasonable price. I gave the "go ahead" and my SUV was repaired within a few hours! I've had cars serviced there for a few years. My wife took her car to a local dealership for an oil change and came home with an estimate saying the 4 year old car needed close to $1500 in suspension work. I was leary so we took it to Morris for a second opinion. As suspected, the suspension is fine.
