Negative reviews can significantly impact a business, so when I feel compelled to post one, it truly means something important. I recently had an experience with a local tire shop that left me feeling extremely frustrated and regretful. Here’s what happened: WHAT I NEEDED: Replacement tires similar to my previous BFGoodrich KO2s, ideally more affordable. WHAT HAPPENED: The representative gave me numerous options, which overwhelmed me. After researching online, I still felt uncertain, so I clearly communicated to the shop representative that I wanted something comparable but cheaper. They confidently recommended a specific tire, reassuring me that despite its less aggressive appearance, it was an excellent choice and very popular. When I visited the shop, I immediately voiced my concerns about the tire’s appearance and aggressiveness. They reassured me again, so I trusted their professional judgment despite my hesitation. THE PROBLEM: Right after installation, I knew I’d made a mistake—the tires simply didn’t meet my expectations or match the aggressive look and performance I was accustomed to. The next day, I reached out, honestly offering to accept a financial loss. I acknowledged the tires now had about 20 miles on them and requested the shop to buy them back at a fair, used price—one where they wouldn't lose money. Surprisingly, they told me they could not afford to buy them back, even at that reduced rate. Feeling cornered and regretful, I then asked if they could reinstall my original tires while I attempted to sell the unwanted set online. They agreed but insisted on charging the full installation price again, further compounding my frustration. HOW THIS EXPERIENCE FELT: Throughout this process, I felt unheard, dismissed, and frustrated. Rather than empathizing with my situation, the representative became defensive and inflexible. WHAT I LEARNED: Always trust your instincts, especially when investing in something as crucial as tires. Ideally, this should always go right—but life and people aren't perfect. Moving forward, I'll make sure to choose businesses that genuinely care about the people they serve. RECOMMENDATION TO FUTURE CUSTOMERS: If empathy, flexibility, and respectful customer service matter to you, particularly after purchase, you might want to choose a provider who prioritizes your satisfaction over rigid policies. Before choosing this business, carefully review how the owner responds to customers with even minor issues. This will clearly show the treatment you can expect if you ever have concerns or feel slightly dissatisfied. By choosing to do business here, understand that this is the experience you're likely signing up for.

Went to Miracle Tire Werks for the first time today. Got 4 new tires for an excellent price and was outta there in 40 minutes, even with no appointment (they are first come, first served). The “big” tire stores, even with an appointment, I’ve had to wait for hours to get my car back every time. Plus the last time I went to Belle they messed up my tire monitoring system. Not at Miracle - drove away with no dashboard warning lights. The owner is great, very helpful and didn’t do the common car repair shop trick of telling me a bunch of lies because I’m female. I will return there in the future for the other services that they offer when needed. Oh, last but most important (sorry, not sorry - dogs over people!) I LOVE the owners dog!

Called the day before for an appointment to have 4 new tires put on. Michael confirms this and tells me to arrive at 9am (open) Friday and they’ll have that ready. Friday 9am comes, no one other than a gentleman who appears to be the owner behind the front desk, running it! He asks what I’m there for and I ask if he was Michael, he replies with “I am today” or something other. Long story edited, a bunch of walk ins arrive, half of which had appointments, some also for tires, all get in and out with a quickness. The man behind the counter handled all interactions from phone, part drop offs, walk ins plus moving cars in & out of the garages. Very busy little shop. Wait time was a bit high, but it was a Friday and the start of Memorial Day weekend. Great service!

We get tires here often. Mike usually has the best price around. He is a great owner. He takes care of his clients. We have done business with him for over a year now. Bro did me right new rubbers in less than 30 mins. Zolmans had me waiting for 3 hours, I left and came to miracle and man they worked a miracle I had a budget and they helped me get back on the road. I go to the shop on a regular basis to get flats fixed and things of that nature and every once in a while by a few tires, they changed a tire on my car for me and I needed the lug nut out of the glove compartment for the security log well that was a year ago anyways, I just discovered the lug was missing the security log. I went in there and what else hesitation he told me to call the Chrysler place see what it cost and he gave me $100 bill who’s gonna do that for you a year later I’d highly recommend these people honesty goes a long way.
