I have use the service and body shop garages for my Cadillac’s in the past with great service but when I took my 2000 Chevy Tahoe there for a heating and air conditioner problem it was like a different company. After 2&1/2days I had to call them because I hadn’t heard anything and when I finally called them and they had just stated to work on it. I decided to stop work and took it home.

Communication from service department was lacking. Service department said they would thoroughly inspect my Nissan vehicle before my repair and include any items with my warranty claim, but 20 minutes after leaving with my new transmission my dashboard lit up with check engine lights for mass airflow sensor, exhaust sensors and my battery light indicating that my alternator is going bad. Clearly they did not check my vehicle but they cleared the engine codes and they were aware that there were issues. The prices they charged the warranty company for nuts, bolts, o-rings was exorbitant, ranging from $20-$40 (I didn’t bother to check the big items like the transmission!!!). I searched Nissan.com and found the exact parts for $4-$15.

Went to Tom Naquin Nissan for or service on 2022 Nissan Frontier for oil change and tire rotation. Then while we were waiting I decided to see about a Nissan pathfinder. Which they had a 2025; took it for a short drive and decided to trade our Frontier for the pathfinder. Excellent salesmanship and all personal. We have always received Excellent service from here. If your looking for a vehicle this is the place to come to.

What a great experience. Took my Nissan Murano in for service. Unsure of exact issue, but explained what it was doing. Service Manager, Shirell Patterson was amazing. They found the issue, rodent damage. He took care of the insurance and had our car back to us in 2 days. This is how it's suppose to be. Want amazing customer service from true professionals, go to Tom Naquin , Where the customer still matters and see Shirell. You'll be impressed!!!

Not real pleased , I been working on a Nissan Titan truck 2004 super clean but having brake issues after 2 other shops couldn't figure it out brought it to a Nissan dealer explain the issue a brake booster after market will not work with the computer. Ok well there are no New brake booster in the country all are back order, great so I found a used one that would work for that truck they said they would put it on. Great it's Nissan they should know that the brake issues with this model the push rod has to be exactly right, .1mm to close brakes drag .1mm not close enough dead pedal space. Called me up truck is done grab a friend went down picked it up drove it off the lot first stop light brakes go half to the floor. Now I have to take it back again to get it adjusted. Disappointed is a understatement it is quite obvious the push rod wasn't adjusted the actual most critical part of the job wasn't done. Yet they were willing to give me the truck back that WoW pretty sad and im pissed. Even though I had to buy a used brake booster it does work it holds pressure when engine is off so the problem is the push rod needed to be adjusted. So now I have to take it back spend more of my time for a fix that was obvious before they called me to pick it up. Hugely disappointed

The brakes went out on my 2010 Xterra. Another shop diagnosed it as rusted lines, and a blown master cylinder. After four weeks of patching (??!) the lines, replacing the master cylinder, booster, and ABS module they still couldn't figure out why the pedal kept sinking to the floor. Naquin Nissan Service found and fixed the issues, leaks from the non-patched lines and a stuck caliper, in a little over a week - correctly replacing the lines from front to back. It was expensive, but the problems were fixed well and quickly. The mechanics were very friendly, kept me updated on the cost and progress, and did quality work. Plus they have a shuttle service during the week, so I didn't have to bum a ride or walk.
