I took my truck for a change of oil and filters and grease to the differential and when it was time to see it picked up, the truck damaged the engine computer. when I took it, nothing failed him

Miles truck service did a DOT inspection on my truck,one week later it failed DOT inspection at Iowa weight station. Parking brake was out of adjustment. I called Miles truck service they said that was my problem not their's. They said parking brake isn't part of the DOT inspection. Miles truck service put a clamp on the exhaust one week later the clamp fell off.

Their road service is garbage. I called them and they sent me the guy who wanted to double or triple charge me, even trying to negotiate with me about the final price. Just terrible.

I called with a brake emergency in the middle of a run, limped the truck over to them, and Shawn the manager had a tech looking at within 5 minutes. Let me mention this was just 30mins before their closing time! They got me fixed right up, and back on the road. I will use them again. I wish they were open later, but they do have a 24-hr Road service truck with a welding machine for night calls.

I don't even want to give them one star. We called at 11am to come out for road service to fix a driveline. He told us for 3 hours he was chasing down parts so he would have everything. Now it's 5pm for the last 2 hours he doesn't answer the phone or anything. Not professional at all.

If there was a 0 star that what you guys deserve. I called around midnight for roadside service. Whoever answered the phone said he’s coming and never showed up. I called at least 4 times after more than an hour wait no answer. 1st time I came across with a junk company like this.

Went for DOT Inspection. After waiting to get inside, waited some more while tech got food from food truck, flirted with food truck girl for a while and sent a few texts on his phone, he looked at truck for 5 min and said they cant pass it. I looked at the problem he pointed out. Questionable but I understand if they dont want to pass it. So for 5 min they want to charge 105.00. I explained that i did not want to pay for Techs break or flirting and texting time. Someone in an office, I can only assume is the owner said if I really need, my money that bad just get out. So i did. Wont go back! Overpriced unprofessionalism!!

Warning!! Warning do not take your truck to this shop! They charged me over 2500$ and still didn’t fix my truck! Didn’t even order parts then gave it back to me and it didn’t start! So now my truck worst off than what it was when I gave it to them! I was calling them for updates and Richard said give them more time. The whole time he was running the bill up. Stay away from Miles truck Service!!

Show up for AC fix. Asked them for an estimate. They start removing parts and ordering others without letting me know. Called me for the estimate in the middle of the work asking me for $1200 thinking I will accept it, I guess. I rejected the work and ask them to put everything back together. Charged me $340 for their 1h work and the AC dryer filter. They lost some washers ofcourse. Moved to another shop 100 miles away and fixed the AC for $390 all parts condenser, washers, freon and labor together. You do the judge !

Called on weekend due to bad fuel. Their roadside service came out, mechanic didn't diagnose anything, didn't look anything over, just agreed bad fuel. Took card info said he would be back with new filters, never heard from him for 2 days. Mechanic didn't even know my rig had 2 fuel filters, he never got the filters. Complained to management about their service tech, management stated, "They would send him back out to fix issue FREE of charge." Said this both to myself and our company owner, even roadside mechanic stated that there would be no charges because of his lack of communication and not returning to finish job. He replaced fuel filters supposedly free of charge. Also, had them do a PM service at a later date on same truck, got charged $540 for an oil change and grease job. Going back to first part, after 3 months our credit card was charged $331 for a roadside call. When we confronted shop about the charge, the manager and mechanic, both stated that "They never said there wouldn't be any charges made for the roadside call." This shop and management are not professional and are liars and cheats and they overcharge on services! I would not recommend using them! Go somewhere else if you dont want to be taken!!
