This place is the best they know what they're doing here and get it done right every time they have taken care of my mother and the troubles with her car engine more than a couple times and they are always incredibly helpful and friendly and help you to understand what's going on with your vehicle not to mention as soon as you walk in you feel the most amazing atmosphere I love everyone here and all so thankful for their amazing service

Turn Signal went out and my regular place couldn't get me in for over a week d/t 4th holiday. They made time in their schedule to get me in same day. Cant beat their friendliness and honesty. They noticed a side light was out and threw in the bulb without upcharge! Very positive experience plus their lobby is a like a pop up museum of old cool memorabilia - neat place.

Friendly people. I have a interlock installed and I exchange my unit every 2 months. It's like a museum there very awesome. Antique toys, custom cars. A place to chillax while you wait. Highly recommended

Our family will not trust our cars to anyone other than Master Automotive. Stan and his employees are both honest and skilled in their trade (two traits that seem to be very hard to come by in a car mechanic). They only fix what needs to be fixed and they don't try to "trick" you into throwing away money on unnecessary repairs. Do yourself a favor and start taking your car(s) to Master Automotive - you won't be sorry!

I have 3 vehicles and I take them all here when work is needed. I have recommended this place to friends and family several times and they have all been very happy with work and prices. Wife has a single female coworker who had repair estimate on her vehicle from "another" business (dealership) of over $600 but MasterAutomotive fixed the vehicle for around $40!!!! That says a bunch about an honest business!!! Thanks Stan for all the work you have done for me in the past and future!!!

Stay away from this place they are crooks...took my truck in and now it's junk...before dropping it off all it did was kick back if let off the gas...now it won't even get up to speed without bucking and shaking...sry forgot to update this..after deciding to tackle the job myself figured couldn't make it any worse. Long story short I got all the plugs out and changed without breaking any of them change the coils. Only to find out my #5 injector harness has been cut almost in two causing the new issues. Replaced the injector harness and it runs like new

My experience with Stan and his staff is unlike anything I've ever experienced at any repair shop. They are beyond professional, and they make you feel at home in their waiting lounge. Free coffee, water, or Pepsi, and lots of candy are on offer. The prices are fair, and they go above and beyond to keep you driving. There was one time when they did work on my vehicle, and the problem still didn't quite seem to be solved. Now this is the only time they never were able to solve the problem on the first go. But, they did more work over three more visits, and never charged me for the repeat work. THAT, is integrity! I highly recommend this crew and their work. They really are the best!

I decided to try this place out, because of their 4.8 star rating. I am not Happy. Took my car in to get my brake calipers fixed. Which they did for a decent price. However aside from trying to up sell me repairs that were not necessary, they then told me I had an issue with my power steering, and needed to get it fixed. This was going to be another 800-900 dollars. I decided I was going to get a second opinion so I left. The next morning I see power steering fluid dripping from under my car. I open the hood to find that my boot on my power steering was CUT open and leaking fluid everywhere. I took it back in and they just acted like it was already in that condition. Got my car back in worse condition then when I got it. Do not recommend.

I was having issues with my car and started calling around. John was the ONLY shop that asked what was going on and was able to get me in the next day. Unfortunately he wasn't able to fix my car, at no fault of his, but because of how friendly, helpful and professional they are we will be taking our vehicles there 8n the future!
