I've been taking my vehicles here for almost 3 years now and I wouldn't take them anywhere else. They're friendly, knowledgeable, and reliable. They can accommodate almost any vehicle and or need that may arise. You can expect a fair estimate and opinion without any of the added "B.S." you might find at a dealership or "chain" Auto shop.

Went there six months after another auto shop told me my brakes were beyond dangerous. Told Accelerators I need new brakes and am way overdue. Ten minutes later they told me my brakes were fine and still had 65% of the pads. No charge. I've been a repeat customer since!

Awesome people!!! We drove there yesterday and the nice fella that worked there fixed our windshield wipers in a few secs flat! Didn’t even have a charge! If we would have had cash, we’d have given him a fat tip !! Def be back B.B. 🤗🤗

It's hard to consider any repair shop as "cheap", because that term typically comes with low-quality work or major oversights. Past repair shops in this area have (at best) found the problem and fixed it for a lofty price, and (at least) NOT found the problem, but still charged us for their time. I've taken both of our vehicles here immediately after having them serviced at another shop, and not only were the same repairs cheaper, but when they couldn't find the problem, they didn't charge us at all, and even apologized for not finding anything wrong. That's crazy to me. They are capable of working on all kinds repairs for all kinds of vehicles, so I think that's why my car problems have always seemed so simple to them. So, yeah, I'm gonna call them cheap, but in no way does that reflect their work. This is our family's shop now.

I wish I could say that I had a positive experience with accelerators, but every time I've taken any of my vehicles there there's always a problem. The first time I took my 300ZX there they told me that they didn't want to touch the subframe because it was too rusty. I decided to do what they couldn't in a weekend without a problem. The next time I took my F-150 there for a timing chain job ended up in a catastrophic engine failure because the timing chain slipped. They had my truck there for over 6 months before the catalytic converters were stolen off of it and then the owner told me to "just come get it" because he was tired of dealing with it. You definitely won't see me bring my vehicles here again and I urge anyone else that thinks about taking their vehicles there to look for a different mechanic and save yourself the headache.

A fair mechanic shop is priceless these days. These guys delivered next level service. Took my VDub to them with a laundry list of things to check out. They were honest, straight to the point, and got it all finished up for a hell of a good price. Quality workmanship. Can't ask for much more than that. I highly recommend this shop.

Excellent service job as always. My husband had to actually wait there for them to do it this time (normally I drop it off) and he was amazed at how quickly they got it in and finished. They even fixed a leaky tire for me. Accelerators always makes me feel like my vehicle and I are in great hands. Their dependability to get me in and taken care of is excellent.

I worked in a garage(municipal). I ordered parts. The quote they gave me for changing my sparkplugs was excessive...also the radiator I had it in for seemed a bit much. So I started researching. They charge you DOUBLE for every part. Not a reasonable mark up to cover the taxes. DOUBLE! The cost of the part...and again just because. So. A $10 part will cost you $20(plus labor remember). When another issue arose and a sought a new mechanic, they werent physically able to do the work...but they specifically didn't mention accelerators and pointed it out when I mentioned where I used to go. Said they were nice folk but didnt agree with their practices. And that came from an established(now retired) mechanic.

This is a really good group of guys. I have taken a few of my cars there and have never had a bad experience. Quality of they work is great and services are priced fairly. The team is very knowledgeable and helpful as well. The one experience that locked in my business was when they quoted me $250 for a repair that my local dealer quoted me $700-$800. Not only that, but when I got there they told me they actually completed it quicker than expected and only charged me $192 out the door! I have never had a shop actually go DOWN on the quote, that speaks volumes for the honesty that this crew has.

Brought my Tahoe in to get 4 minor issues looked at. The only thing that was repaired was the top brake light. Got charged $844. I expected to get charged for their time but that is ridiculous
