We came in because we shredded one of our 5th wheel tires. They fixed us up with a new tire, at a price less than we anticipated, and we got back on the road pretty quickly. Thank you for the prompt attention, especially so close to closing time. We appreciate the great service!

Overall, it was a horrible experience! I asked them to check the wheel speed sensor or try to determine the cause of my traction control and brake lights staying on after a brake change. They said they would. Then, while paying, I asked, and they didn't even know if the lights were on or not, so clearly they didn't check it. If it wasn't something they were capable of, they should have just told me from the beginning. I crossed the street and had to make a stop. I ended up looking down on my running board and realized one of my lug nuts was sitting on it. I popped the hubcap, and sure enough, there was a lug nut missing. While doing a pre-trip inspection before heading out of town, I found another lug nut missing on the passenger side. Who knows where that one went? I'm also missing a valve stem cap. I'm not sure exactly what's going on in that shop, but I won't be returning under any circumstances. I'll be letting all my transport buddies know not to go there as well. A missing valve stem cap would be one thing, but two missing lug nuts is a whole other story, especially when taking thousand-mile trips.

I had my driver front tire replaced. Install went great. No one there to do alignment. Which you definitely need after getting tires replaced. However, when I left the tire pressure was low. This morning tire was completely flat. I took it to Belle Tire on Ireland Rd. Was told that tire had a leaking valve core. They were amazing!!!!! Explained everything to me upfront and completed the repair. NEVER AGAIN will I go to Belle Tire on Cassopolis.

4 hour wait for leak repair on less than one year old tires. Three months ago had a catastrophic blowout on one tire. Guaranteed replacement, but still cost $60. Im not happy at all.

My husband & I were here on 11/15 and spent $2000, on tires for 2 vehicles. We had an all day experience. My husband drove his car a total of 10 miles. Tire flat on returning home from work. Took tire off and into this business on 11/22, to be told it could be all day to get back. Adam was very rude. Yes, my husband was a bit disgruntled. You would think a customer spending $2000, on tires and having 1 flat after driving 10 miles would take precedence over the new jobs on their list . If it had been done right last Saturday; we wouldn't be wasting our time or theirs. Definitely wouldn't recommend this place based on their service etiquette.

Brought my car in to have tires rotated. Came out with a 3k estimate for repairs. I knew I didn't need all that work so i figured I'd see if they were BS'ing me. Went to my local trusted mechanic 30+ years in the business and he said all i needed was new brakes. All of the other stuff was completely unnecessary and pointless. Further quoting the brake job at $120 bucks less, with higher quality parts. I'll come here for tires but not for anything else.

Arrived at 8am when they opened, went in as a walk in so even getting there early I expected to wait a while. I just had 1 tire with a screw in it. After signing in, I was quoted 2 hours but wad also told he quotes longer time frames than expected just in case. After waiting 2 hours and 15 min I went to see where I was in line just to hear there were still 5 people ahead of me (even though EVERYONE else that checked in with me at 8am was long gone). I replied with “so am I looking at another 2 hours?” The guy at the desk replied “probably” to which I replied “why even take walk ins if you know you are never going to service them??” I was not able to make an appointment because none of the options for online appointments fit my need. Again, I expected to have a wait. When he told me 2 hours I was not surprised and I was prepared. But to be told at 10:30 they really had no idea when it would be my turn was infuriating. Needless to say I will not ever be returning and got my keys and left with the screw still in my tire. I knew I should have just got to discount tire.

Went to leave a review and noticed a lot of people leaving negative feedback, and I'm sincerely confused. I was really happy with the place I used to take my vehicle, but they were rather expensive, so I gave Belle Tire a chance, and they earned my business. I've been taking my vehicle there ever since. Are they the cheapest? Probably not, but certainly not the most expensive either, by a long shot. I've had many repairs and maintenance done there, and could not be happier. The work they've done has been really good. On the off chance something hasn't been ideal, they've rectified it immediately. Most recently, today actually (10/9/25), I had a small issue with my coolant system which they had recently worked on. Odds were that it was not something they did, but I took it back even though I typically do my own repairs but didn't have time at the moment to diagnose and repair it myself. Not only did they rectify the situation, but since there was a small chance that it was a problem they might have caused, they took care of it at their expense. The main thing I felt compelled to write about was the service. While the repairs have been on balance very good, the service has been exceptional. Not good, not great, not even excellent, but exceptional. I might even say flawless, and I don't use that term lightly. There is an old saying that there are 3 things to consider when hiring someone. Cheap, high quality, or quick, and you get to pick which two you want. In the case of Belle, I've received all 3, every...single...time. They've without exception been honest, expedient, reasonably priced, and provided good work. They have absolutely earned by ongoing business. Not only have I started taking my own vehicle there for repairs I don't feel like doing, but I've started taking my vehicle there for maintenance that I've always done myself. Further, I've sent multiple family members there, and they have all had the same experience that I have. Between the service I've received, the quality of work they've done, and the way they have taken ownership of issues that may very well have not been responsible for, they have gained loyal customers. They absolutely knew that they could have charged me for this latest issue, because I was up front and told them. It would have been to their benefit in the short term to do so. In spite of that they didn't. I only wish that more businesses operated they way they do. Something else I've noticed while looking at the reviews here is that every time there is negative feedback, they have responded. That, to me anyway, speaks volumes all on it's own. It is demonstrable that they are paying attention to their customer feedback and improving based on that feedback. I can't recommend Belle enough (at this location at least, I cannot speak to the others). Thank you Belle for being one of the dwindling number of places that operate with integrity. There aren't many left, and I, for one, appreciate that level of service.

A customer brought an Escalade to Belle for an inspection. The mechanic claimed he worked for GM at one point. All they were supposed to do was an INSPECTION. Instead they re-programmed the computer to factory when the DOD emissions had been purposely deleted and programmed out by doing so, they caused engine issues that had already been addressed and fixed. These guys are not true mechanics they are tire changers and oil changers at best. Do NOT recommend, they will not be doing inspections on our vehicles again.

I dropped off my car on a Saturday afternoon without an appointment for a nail in my wife’s vehicle. They were professional and fast. They had it fixed before they closed and were able to fit us in. I highly recommend them.

I bought four tires from Belle's several years ago. Since then, I've picked up a screw and more recently a nail. Both fixed for free as I bought the tires from them. Oh, and the tire rotation was free as well. Great service, great staff!

I’ve been going to Belle Tire for years as i am originally a Michigander. I called ahead and made an appointment as I was driving from Chicago to Elkhart for a meeting. Brakes, a front wheel noise and an alignment (because I paid for unlimited alignments). I knew i needed brakes because another BT said I was close; I felt it when I braked and the original brakes had 108k miles on them. When I arrived i was told I would be put “in the que”. I reminded him I set an appointment. The manager then blathered something about how some restaurants seat people, bla, bla. He then threatened to give me back my keys and i could re-book when they have more workers. Obviously I came from Chicago so that’s not an option. I never received a phone call and when I went back to the store 3 hours later, the brakes had not been changed. According to the store I didn’t need new brakes. I knew something was up. I left there and went to the next closest BT west of Elkhart. And voila, I needed new brakes. This store has the laziest and least thorough people of all the BT’s I have been to. I will contact corporate regarding this as my trust is eroding in their brand. Just skip this store and head to one in South Bend.

I had an amazing experience at Belle Tire in Elkhart on Cassopolis Street. I went in with four tires in embarrassingly bad shape but was only planning to replace two. When I checked in, we realized I had accidentally ordered the wrong size (because I’m totally car illiterate), and the correct ones were about $50 more. I was already stressing about the cost, but they told me they’d honor the original price since that’s what I’d seen online and exactly how much cash I brought. That alone blew me away, but it gets better—they called my name sooner than expected and told me they were going to make sure I was safe on the road. They went ahead and gave me the other two tires free, basically turning it into a buy-2-get-2 deal. I couldn’t believe it. Nate and Scott treated me with so much kindness, never made me feel bad about my situation, and even walked me around my car afterward to explain things and make sure I understood everything. I left there feeling cared for, respected, and safe. I’ll be going to Belle Tire from now on instead of waiting until the wheels fall off!

I found this company through a sub-contracting agency to have my windshield replaced with a mobile service. I was having a bad streak of luck! Cracked windshield, scheduled for them to replace at my job - which was awesome! But then, the night before my appt (a Sunday, no less!) my thermostat went bad and I had to find alternative transportation to work. The sub-contracting agency didn't seem to understand the urgency in getting this information to Belle, so I looked them up and called direct. This last minute schedule change, I know, was a big pain in the butt for them! Yet, they were kind and understanding. Made the address change for the service location, and replaced my windshield at my house while I was at work. Everything looks excellent and they left my receipt on my seat. They even transferred my oil change sticker! I greatly appreciate their accommodations for my difficult situation! Next time, I will be sure to call them direct!
