Sometimes the a/c is on in the washateria and sometimes it's not. When it's not, the place is miserable to do laundry in. Hit or miss. Clean, laundry attendant and bathrooms cleaned often bc people are nasty and disrespectful. 5 stars when a/c is always on in the laundry part.

I will not be returning! Very spacious & nice but washer was leaking & the owner tried to acuse me that it’s my fault it was leaking and I paid for the washer to get ran twice and showed them it was leaking and they checked the back of washer and see that there was a leak and did not even offer our money back & very rude !

I stopped here to fill up both of our vehicles because of their reasonable prices. After doing so both of my vehicles began having mechanical issues. My mechanic informed me that the gas was BAD. I will not use Kroozin Market gas anymore.

I absolutely have loved Kroozin gas stations, but last night I had a HORRIBLE experience at the Twin City/Port Arthur Texas location. I purchased a ham/cheese & egg sandwich. Went to eat it in my car and it had green mold all over it. The cashier refused to give me my money back and was so rude to me. Cashier said it was against company policy to give a refund. He told me to get something else, but why would I when the first sandwich was molded?? I can't trust that the next one will be safe to eat. Can't risk it. The manager at the taco place inside Kroozin market handed me a $5 dollar bill out of his own wallet and I gave him my receipt. I really appreciate the kindness that man showed to me. I have no idea how to report this to corporate, but I will if I find a way. I drive for a living right now and spend $50 - $75 a night in gas every single day. That is a lot of money to throw away over a moldy sandwich. I will never shop here again.

Since Kroozin opened up a laundromat near by it has been convenient and great. How ever the past 3 times I have been there it is progressively getting worse. Today was my final straw. The laundromat was beyond FILTHY. The floors were so dirty, had dirt, water bugs, dryer sheets everywhere it was like a tornado hit it. When I tried to communicate with the one overworked lady in there, she did not speak English and was communicating with customers with google translate on her phone which wasn’t really helping since it was not translating properly. I went next door to speak to the owner, he was not there. 1 young guy working gas station and one non English speaking lady working laundromat, filling wash n fold orders, she looked so overwhelmed. After washing my clothes, one of my shirts fell on the floor, I was literally screaming inside at all of the dirt, old powder detergent and bugs stuck to my clothes, I almost threw my shirt out. My complaint is not the workers but the owner. This place has not been here long enough for it to go downhill so fast. Understaffed, overwhelmed workers, filthy floors, broken machines. Owner should be ashamed to have their business looking that bad. Machines are always out of order and it’s hard to communicate an issue because the only person working has a language barrier. In all fairness to the people working there, they are doing their best and are very helpful but this Sunday, that was it for me. Unacceptable, I’ll travel back to my former laundromat.

Brightly lit and very nice convenient store. Has credit Laundry facilities and an entryway from 24 hr laundry mat to store so you stay safe and inside along with bathrooms. Both places are very clean and friendly employees. Also can get gas or food at this establishment which is an added bonus along with an ATM and video poker.

Very nice & organized store with many nearby businesses attached to it. The exterior of the building is very nice. The interior of the convenience store feels futuristic which is awesome. Customer service is great from the staff. I enjoy using the gas station pumps while listening to the great music playing around the gas station. I enjoy visiting this Kroozin Market as it is the new way of convenience stores being in the new age of stopping & shopping for comfort/gas.

Cashiers never EVER say thanks or thank you! They are always on their phones, and when you walk up it seems like paying customers are bothering them! Employees need some customer service training ASAP!

Favorite gas station, favorite and only washateria I use, less than 5 mins from my house. Always great service, items, people, environment, etc. They know me when I walk in! Thays how much I'm in there! Don't need anywhere else when they literally have ANYTHING AND EVERYTHING either in the gas station or the other businesses next to it

The have a decent selection of snacks, their gas is several cents more expensive than the average at places in the area, and the staff is absolutely terrible. An entire squad of Indian men who are totally disinterested, not willing to help or answer questions, and will even openly mock you when you struggle to understand their accents (which are roughhh) - I’m sorry you’re making fun of me for buying cigarettes but you can’t even speak English? 😂

The fountain drinks, especially the Coke, needs a little more syrup or less carbonation. It's fixable. If the Coke from the fountain drink dispenser is so-so, it definitely is not 5 stars. Love the M&M's.

Convenient variety in new shopping center across from Market Basket. Washateria has free WiFi, clean machines, and comfortable setting; never an issue with missing laundry or others. Require card for specific location. Several Gas pumps always available, large variety of products in store. Next to liquor store, 409 smoke shop, and car wash.
