Waste of $15 plus tip. The wash unit/machine is old and worn out. My truck was still very dirty after their most expensive wash. Plus, the rags they used to wipe down the truck, made my windows look like they had a coat of old motor oil on them.

I had my car washed today. Paid $15.00. When I looked at my car it was still dirty on the passenger side. I went back and told the gentleman that the passenger side was still dirty and that it looked like the brushes weren’t working properly. He didn’t leave the booth to see what I was talking about. Instead I heard the following : It’s that time of year. They didn’t scrub it. I don’t know. I have used this car wash many times in the past. Needless to say I won’t be going back. I wasn’t offered a rewash which would have made me a happy customer. Instead I felt that my dissatisfaction wasn’t important. The fact that he didn’t even look at my car was very upsetting.

I was pleasantly impressed by the two young people performing the prewash. Not only did they spray off vehicle they used hand mitts , folded in & out mirrors, was well as dried off van. Thank you

I came in for a car wash last week. And I never want to go back. I went on my break because it was near my work and I usually go to the other one off churn creek. Needless to say the guy that helped me was right off the bat rude to me, because I accidentally drove past the window by a few feet and had to reverse. I tried to laugh at myself, but instead of greeting me the older man at the window started making comments to make me feel stupider, when I tried to apologize that I didn't see the little building where you were supposed to pay he made me feel worse about myself, by asking me if I knew how a fast-food drive through works and rolled his eyes at me. He said, "even at a drive-through food place you have to pay where the prices are. I wanted to leave immediately, but was embarrassed so I got a car wash, but I never will again. Way to make a paying customer feel stupid for a simple mistake. I would give 0 out of 5 stars because he didn't even attempt to greet me or say a nice thing, it makes it very hard to be nice when you're being treated like a child. Terrible customer service and no friendly people.

This is my go to car wash. Price is right, job is adequate for the amount of time spent. This past Tuesday I went in and it seemed to go as usual. However, when I got home and got out of my car, I was appalled at the amount of dirt on the roof and trunk of my car. Mind you this is the same car that a young man who works for the car wash had just hand dried my car and apparently the dirt that was not washed off! I didn't go back because I had a car load of groceries to unload and put away. I was also really disappointed again with the customer service we are routinely not being given at just about everywhere you go. The standards of customer service are really low and much is blamed on the Pandemic. Really??? Employers need to demand quality customer care!.

I am IMPRESSED! We drove from Washington State and the car was very buggy. They were baked onto the car with days of heat. The friendly staff at Kwik N Kleen power washed, then with soft mitts scrubbed the car before beginning the automated wash process. Then a staff member hand dried the car with care. I've been to lots of automated car washes in western Washington and have never had one provide so many services in their lowest price level. The car is so clean and I will be back whenever in Redding!

I just drove in from Las Vegas on my way to my home in Bend Oregon, and my car was absolutely filthy from all the bugs and desert dust, I swung through expecting a atypical car wash and got anything but. A young lady and a young guy named Daron were waving cars in and giving them a pre-wash by hand. I felt bad because I didn’t have any cash with which to tip them, and I expressed so to Daron, who simply gave me a great big smile and said “that’s OK!” Thinking I might not get as much of a detailed service because I didn’t have a tip, i watched as he went right to work prepping my car for the car wash. When I exited, he ran out and dried the whole car off for me. Best service I’ve ever gotten at a car wash.

I wish there was a zero star option. I had the worst experience just now trying this place for the first time. My car is dirtier than when I pulled up. Don’t take your car here. I told the kid drying my car that he was leaving a film with the rags. He said he doesn’t know who cleans the towels but he may need to go over it twice. After he did and there was still rag dust all over my windshield and car I took it back up to the front guy who charged me. Literally showing him the film on my car. He said “if there were a film everyone would be telling us. I said “I’m telling you”. Then he slid his window shut on me. I’ve had some bad experiences in Redding and literally never leave a bad review but this was ridiculous.
