Napa auto parts is ok, some deals on sale ads are not available because it is not a corporate store, from what Cindy told me yesterday, they do not always have the items in the sales ads because of "corporate in Sacramento".. UPDATE: Lost two stars and my respect due to employee #109. He is just plain rude and not professional. I asked him to correct some problems from a previous purchase and he acted really bothered by it all... I am not done with poor performing employees at Napa- Napa DON'T know how!

I have ordered parts from this Napa. They really don't listen when making and order. Ordering the right make model but wrong cab size is important. Also, how long does it take to order a item, know where it comes from, yet not know where it is or the shipping number to track it. A common item should not take two weeks to arrive.

Very good. The person at the desk asked me if I was purchasing a gift card for local use and when I said no, it was for my son who lives in the Napa valley. So she told me I would need to some way contact Napa auto parts in that area. I thanked her for that information. Very helpfull.

Very poor customer service. Parts are low quality. (They use to be high quality) Counter people know nothing about their store how to interchange or how to help the customer. They always treat people like they hate their job.. They are usually my last stop. I do not like going in. They always pawn your question off on another store by telling you that they might have it. Or that their machine shop sells those tools... just to drive across town and have one of the guys look at me like a dummy.. Always overpriced for the same part compared to az or o'riley. Amazon and Ebay bear them all..

NAPA Auto Parts has a vast variety of Auto Parts and a really good back shelf area where they stock virtually everything ! You're going to pay a little more at Napa than other places in town. but if you want the good stuff you got to Pony up the dough. From my experience they always have the part I need and they never have to order it. you usually walk out with what you need but if they don't they'll be more than happy to order it this is definitely a good place to go. And there's two locations in town one on the old side of town and that location has a machine shop for your convenience , and one in Enterprise so you're never that far away. . .

I went to go buy an A/C recharge kit today and the pricing of this item is more then doubled here I paid 72$ for the recharge kit to find out when I went to home depot they had the same kit for 35$ I will be returning the kit tomorrow! Should be giving a 1 start but gave it a 2 star review because of how nice the employee was.

Very nice people at this location, especially Michael, who helped me find a mechanic at the last minute so that I could get back home. I will definitely visit again next time I'm in the area and have car trouble.

The shock absorbers from NAPA are nothing but trouble. Made in China, they failed shortly after installation, and NAPA wouldn’t replace them. No warranty on their products, and 95% of their parts are imported. The quality is just not there.

The office staff upstairs is completely unprofessional and refuse to follow law. Their "bookkeeper" is keeping my daughters child support from her by not submitting the payments even with a garnishment notice. They even have worker driving heavy machinery when they aren't even qualified to do so.

Helpful, knowledgeable, always has the correct item(for me at least).Quality of replacement parts is (usually, with a few exceptions) pretty good. Overall, a pleasant experience, clean, and has an agreeable odor inside. This is what keeps me a loyal customer for 28 yrs...(very convenient as well) Jerrold Edward

I asked an employee to scan the barcode on my battery to determine if my warranty is still good, he refused. He said I need my receipt, I said if you scan the very visible barcode it will give sale information. He refused. I won't be back. I won't recommend them either.

They were all so mice and helpful. I don't have to go in there very often, but is nice to see the ladies in there that know their stuff around all that! Girl power!

When you want the most knowledgeable and friendly folks to help you find what you need, you come here. It's not the most convenient location for me. There's close to a dozen auto parts stores between my house and the churn creek location. Yet none of them can hold a candle to the service I receive here.

This place is Terrible. Staff are rude & have no mechanical knowlege. Sold me a battery with a bad cell that caused my starter to draw to many AMPS &🔥up, due to over working when starting. Thousand of $'s later to replace the starter. Napa finally honored my warranty & replacement the bad battery, so the Manager said? I will never buy anything from Napa again! Stay away! 🤬😭👎

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. AVOID this NAPA shop, Go to AUTOZONE or O'REILLYS if you are looking to buy parts from a shop that honors their warranty. Went to make a warranty claim on a 2 yr old Optima battery on Sunday, 2/15. The lady at the counter was quite rude in telling me the battery was fine after a simple load test. I calmly explained to her, there's an issue w/ the battery reserve capacity and not holding a charge above 12.6v. She told me i need to check my alternator. When I explained my vehicle is a hybrid, it does not have an alternator. She then tells me I needed to check my voltage regulator. Again, I explained, it's a Toyota Hybrid, it does not have voltage regulator and when I did check the charging input it read 14.1v when the car is on. Realizing, trying to explain the problem was about as effective as speaking to a brick wall, I am choosing to take my business elsewhere and encourage others to do so as well. There are 3 other NAPA shops in Shasta County and a half dozen auto parts store. Choose wisely.
