Asked them to fix my cracked taillight and all they did was change the bulb and put duct tape over it and charged me over 100 dollars. So ridiculous. Go somewhere else. They just want to make money off people and don't listen to their customers.

These guys saved my butt on a trip to Canada towing a travel trailer. Truck just quit, wouldn't start - had it towed to their shop. Unfortunately for me they were swamped and I was leaving for the next leg of my journey the next morning. They promised to look at it by end of day but wouldn't be able to actually fix it until the following day so I scrambled to start changing reservations. (you RVers out there know what I'm talking about) I had just changed the first one when Duane called and said the truck was running. I couldn't believe it! Apparently it was an alarm issue that was locking out the key! Saved me a ton of headache not having to rearrange the trip and a ton of $$ too. Kudos, guys, you know your stuff and James - I really appreciate the lift back to camp!

Dwayne (owner), Kevin (son), and Bruce (mechanic) have all been outstanding during the process of fixing my 2016 Ford F150 3.5L ecoboost exhaust manifolds and external turbo rebuild. I came in with a passenger side exhaust manifold leak and found out that 3 of the 8 bolts sheard off. Being a 2016, I had the gen 1 manifolds that were prone to warping or leaking. Especially due to towing a 30-foot travel trailer with the excessive heat caused. They quoted me a reasonable price to have the existing manifold machined flat and reused. I opted to have the manifold replaced with the Gen 2 (Ford oem 9 bolt pattern) and both sides replaced (passenger and driver side). As well as all of the turbo pipes, filters, and fitting as a preventative measure as they quoted me a better deal than the local dealership could probably come close to. All due to the added wear and tear from towing a 30ft travel trailer. Kevin was the main point of contact. He provided excellent customer service and excellent follow-up procedures. Dwayne is the owner and Kevin's father. He provided excellent knowledge with his 20+ years of being a Ford Mechanic and confirmed and coordinated with Ford to be sure that my job would be completed with the redesigned exhaust manifolds (at my request) Bruce was the Mechanic that made it all come together and handled my project. After teardown, they brought me in to see the problems with the manifold and any potential areas to look out for around the engine in the future. After completion, they gave me the option to keep the old parts and visually showed me them. Same day I completed a 100-mile tow with no check engine lights. The following day, I received a follow-up call from Kevin to check in that everything went ok. So far, it was a great experience. Thank you, Redding One-Stop.

Highly recommend I'm a woman on a solo trip across country driving home from Missouri to visit my sister when I became aware of an intermittent clicking noise coming from my front left axle in Reno. When I arrived in Redding my sister referred Redding One Stop. I was beyond impressed with the transparency of the customer service. Had a U Joint on my 2015 Ran 2500 going out mechanic and I went for a drive so he could hear what I heard then they not on watch while the problem was manually recreated on the lift but brought me the old part to inspect for myself when they took it off. They had no idea that I was already suspecting the U Joint or have had limited mechanical training they just wanted me confident in the work they were recommending be done.

Love the office but even more was the excellent customer service extremely fast at diagnosing my car it had thrown a code but it was an oddity they didn't even charge me I couldn't believe it!!!
