Chris and his team were amazing. I accidentally broke my back glass on my 2008 GMC pickup truck. It has a power sliding window which is apparently a very rare option for a truck in 2008. It took considerable effort to locate a replacement window which Chris was able to do. The whole window is one assembly and installation requires removing the back seat to access the power motor. They did an amazing job finding this window, working with my insurance company and installing it. I'm very grateful they got me fixed up.

Worst customer service I have ever experienced! The man sounded rushed and irritated throughout the call. When I asked if I could bring my vehicle in to be looked at, he stated, “ Do you really need a man to tell you if the crack is bigger than a quarter!? Pull a quarter out of your purse and measure it!” I will definitely be taking my business elsewhere!

You know the one about having to take your car back to the dealer because they need to "calibrate your windshield sensors" for an extra zillion dollars? ...these guys do it, they're fantastic at it, and it costs way less. Don't believe me, go get a quote from them and then the dealership...maybe sit down before you do though
