I like the stations, but the carwashes have gotten cheap. The underbody wash doesn't even go long enough to do a whole vehicle anymore, it definitely used to. But guess what, the price is the same. This is why I mostly stopped using their car washes. It's a rip off.

First off they aināt got the good food. Second I grabbed a chicken sandwich and it was a cheeseburger with mushrooms. Wrong spot maybe? Nope I looked at the wrapper and it said bacon cheese burger. Overral will never stop there again.

Since there are several stores in town the one on the 16th is the only one I'm going to address here and they picked up the game a lot in last year they seem to used to have a problem keeping the condiment buy stocks they've been doing a lot better unlike the store on Williams oddly enough it is a lot larger store than the one on Williams so it should be a little harder to keep up with but they are doing a much much much much better job than the one on Williams all in all pretty good job I don't see him going above and beyond but I don't see them falling behind like the store on Williams boulevard

Absolutely horrible customer service since they can't get their customers orders right or fixed. My husband went in told the lady at the register Camel crush menthols but she gave him silvers we went back to return and purchase correct kind but they said once they leave store nothing can be done. A good business makes sure they get what the customer wants correctly or fixes their mistake.

I really like this location. There selection is better and they are a larger store they have the best fried chicken and if you go on Wednesday it is on sale. They have great promos if you use the app. This location has a nice car wash and offers a discount with gas fill up. They have alot of pumps so you don't usually have to wait. They also offer diesel. They have great food and drinks and friendly service.

Iām gonna have to give this location 2 stars and Iāve been coming here since it opened but I am a 3rd shift worker and I kinda feel like lately they have been out of a lot of stuff for us night workers to eat thereās not much to choose from like there is during the day and everything is picked over and never restocked til that coming morning thereās no hot fresh soups, not really many options of hot food on the display food warmers, old PB&J sandwiches that are 3 days old left out, no fresh donuts in the bakery isle like why isnāt nothing being restocked back up idk if theyāre short on night help or what but despite all of this they have wonderful workers and great food for day time hours but at night itās actually quite disappointing lately

This is a brand new store and when you go to get gas your receipt doesnāt print out and you have to go in every single time to get your car wash code and they donāt offer you a free car wash for the inconvenience plus half of their pumps are out of service ; so I donāt call this convenience I call this wasting my time and money and Iām going take my business elsewhere, because itās absolutely ridiculous and pathetic that a brand new store doesnāt have machinery that works properlyā¦so that I can get my gas and get my receipt and go to the car wash and leave; instead I have to pull around stop get out go and wait in line talk to somebody remember my pump number and amount wait for them to print out the receipt go back out getting my car back out and then proceed to the car wash itās shameful customer service!!!š¤¬ Random visit againā¦ 4.30.22 Friday 11:58pm 3 employees 0 food in the hot display Shameful management of a new store!!!š¤¬

Worst location in Cedar Rapids. Theyāre always in a bad mood and never stock any food. This photo is from 5:30pm, peak dinner time, and on a Saturday. No options and they left their expired food out on the counter too. I love Kwik Star and this one is right by my house but I will drive out of my way to avoid it.

The store was very clean throughout. Wide variety of fresh fruit and vegetables were available. Reasonably priced for convenience store of this nature. Staff was extremely helpful with questions that I had during my visit. I encourage you to check this one out!
