On New Year's Eve, I got a flat tire while driving through Newark on the highway. The tire was destroyed from having to drive a bit to find a shoulder. After changing the tire, and not wanting to drive on my spare, I drove to L&C who replaced the tire. Leo was friendly and professional and had me on my way in less than half an hour.

Driving to work had a big nail puncture my tire, I had run flats and I was able to find L&C Tire Service on google maps. I came here because they open at 7am, And have great reviews: They help me right away as I arrived here, my tire was destroyed for driving on it; so much for RFT. Anyways they when above and beyond to find me a tire that was comparable to what i currently had. I highly recommend L&C Tire Service for all your Tire needs

While leaving Newark Airport I hit a big pothole that took out 2 tires. A little panicked, I was able to find that L&C Tire was close enough that I was able to drive there. At 7AM I received immediate attention and they were able to install 2 used tires to get me back home. I was back on the road in an hour and headed to my local tire dealer to make a claim via my road hazard warrantee. Thank you L&C for making a potential all day+ miserable problem into a couple hour inconvenience. Great customer service.

My tire was losing air, was in Newark, and the reviews for L&C seemed very positive. They were right on! They quickly found the nail and patched my tire for a great price, and Leo was most professional and friendly. Note that the pictures of a storefront are their old location, and L&C is actually on Stanton St.

Giving a 5 star because it’s the highest we can rate. Leo arrived at my location quickly after getting a flat on the highway. In about half an hour, he replaced my flat with a whole new tire as I didn’t have a spare, and we were back on the road. What you’d pay to have your car towed to a shop to then pay to change a tire, etc. L&C comes to you and fixes your tire. Highly recommend L&C tire services.

I drove from Brooklyn to Newark NJ and found out my front right tire was completely flat as soon as I pulled into my parking garage. I called Leo, he came within 1 hour and fixed my flat within 20 min. Possibly the fastest AND most courtesy experience! Would recommend to everyone!

One of the most dumbest road services ever. I spoke to the secretary Ashley. I told my tire size more than ten times 1100 24r or 1200 24 r can be used for my customer's truck. She didn't understand what I was asking. So her father Leo (owner) calls me directly and asks me ten times the tire size and also ask the address over dozen times. I told them Rt440 Bayonne just under the Turnpike over pass. So he asked for my Credit Card number to charge before doing road service and gave me a price. He send his guy Tim by the way good guy. He tells that Leo send him 11 24.5. He call Leo telling him it's the wrong size. So Leo calls me and tells it more money. I ask him to use a scrap tire was fine for the job. He charges me $125 for scrap junk tire plus road services that's going on a truck going overseas.Two credit card receipts with $300 in charges for scrap junk tire and service that took also 2 hours. I will never use them again. They don't know how to speak English or follow instructions to do the job correct or safely. Tim was the best guy I meet from L&C Tire with only a brain.

Customer service means a lot to me and I just received the worst customer service from this tire shop. I called the lady ahead of time and expected her to be welcoming since I just called. I tell her that I needed 2 tires, I was trying to save one at least. So the lady tells me the guy will take a look in 10 minutes and she will call me. Another car pulls up and she speaks to him and I leave. At this point I decided to drop my mother off while the lady called me since the drive was 10 minutes. I did not receive a call and at this point I was already back. I noticed the man was not fixing my tire and was fixing the car that got there after me. So I asked the man where’s the lady and he said she had left and would be back. Mind you she has my car keys, how was the guy gonna work on my car anyways???? So I call the business because now it’s like 30 minutes later and my car yet haven’t been touched. Now I’m upset and I need answers. My calls go unanswered and to a voicemail. Finally, the lady shows up nonchalantly with my car keys and now I speak to her in Spanish since I figured she speak Spanish and will explain to me better why my car haven’t been touched and the car after mines is being worked on? She only says well don’t you need 2 tires, I said yes I know. And mentioned that the guy had 1 tire to fix. So now I’m upset because again customer service means a lot to me since I know what it supposed to be like since, I worked in retail and had excellent customer service for 10 years. So the guy was nice and apologized for the inconvenience and asked for the key that she had. I explained to him what I wanted and he told me he would see if he can fix the tire with a patch and the other one I would have to buy since it was damaged. I said no problem, thinking finally I would get my tire fixed. Unfortunately, I left with no tires. They didn’t have my tire in stock, the guy couldn’t fix my other tire with a patch and she NEVER CALLED ME! Please don’t come here. She never apologized for being unprofessional and not giving me excellent customer service. And she never came back out to apologized for making me lose 1 hour and half. Customer service takes you along way and you gain customers. I will never come here again!!!! And will not recommend this place to no one!!!! Just don’t come here!!!!! Trust me!!!!

I blew out two tires off Frisenhuyer Ave in Newark early morning today.I contacted a towing company which kept me waiting over an hour. I cancelled that called these guys and they were there in 20 minutes. It took them maybe another 20 at most to change both tires on the side of a busy morning commute. I highly recommend these guys if you get stuck on the road. They did a great job and came quickly.

Fantastic experience. Got a flat on my way to work, and these guys fixed it in less than 15mins. And not only that, they checked and topped off my other tires. Incredibly quick and very inexpensive. They just made a life-long customer. Don't get confused with the shop right next door. See pic for L&C. Pull into the outside "shelter", not the shop next door
