I recently had the pleasure of using L & K auto repair for some repairs on my vehicle, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience! From start to finish, the service was top-notch. The pricing was very fair, especially for the convenience of having a mobile mechanic come to me. They were incredibly friendly, professional, and the communication was excellent—I was kept updated every step of the way, and there were no surprises. Most importantly, the work was done reliably and efficiently. It’s clear that L & K auto repair is both knowledgeable and trustworthy, which is hard to find these days. After having 3 other mechanics decline to replace my clutch, due to my car being rusty (I’m from the North where we salt our roads in the winter) I had given up having the car repaired. The transmission needed to be dropped, to access the clutch. Was planning to just sell the car as-is & get a rental car. I initially contacted L&K to jumpstart the car since it died after months of sitting, just to show the car does run. After explaining the situation to Kylee, I was thrilled to find out they were willing to repair the car. Was a 10 hour job, but Larry got it done. I drove it for the first time this morning after 5 months of it sitting!!! Kylee was great at communicating/keeping me updated with the status of parts/Larry’s schedule. I had never used a mobile mechanic before. It was super convenient to have him bring his tools in a trailer & get to see the old parts/new parts and have confidence the work was done. Thank you again for being willing to go the extra mile!!

They were able to schedule a visit with short notice, and their man Edwin arrived on a Sunday afternoon. He listened to my description of my car's AC problem and told me how he was going to diagnose the issue. Not only did he find the problem quickly, he was able to fix the issue and ensure there were no other issues within an hour. From start to finish, these folks were responsive, good communicators, and friendly people. I will definitely call on them again when the need arises. Thanks L&K!

We are very happy using L&K. Had great communication on a Saturday and was able to get a next day appointment (Sunday) so my truck didn’t have miss any job opportunities. Very knowledgeable,professional and fair priced. Fast and convenient. L really knows cars. Did a great job on our Mercedes. But I think he works on almost all types of vehicles, if not all. L and K Auto Repair are the Best...trustworthy...reliable...prompt. Our mechanic told Suzanne and I all about his kids (while he worked) and his wonderful wife...she is a bartender @ Texas Roadhouse (tip her well if she is there). Anyway he got her done in an hour and saved us costs of a roll back. GOD is blessing this business. I WOULD DEFINITELY USE THEM AGAIN...Hurrah for L and K!!!!On the Road again!

Amazing and Honest service from Ethan!! I had my starter replaced and it was fast and they don’t rip you off. He told me I needed 2 lugnuts and they can fix those too for cheap also. Very happy and satisfied with them!

At first I was a little skeptical and just nervous but they sent someone out almost immediately to come fix my vehicle and the guy did it amazing and it was quick and very affordable compared to other places. I highly recommend using these people if you have any issues with your vehicle.

Our truck needed work done. Everything agreed upon, keys were left in the truck. Regardless of all that. They said they would call, for some unknown reason there was no call. And why have to call or confirm anything. Try opening the truck, even if you somehow couldn't find the key. You could have installed the parts. I believe you already have our account anyway. I don't understand what the issue was. Sorry the key was a little hidden. But if you woulda opened the door and sat in the seat. You'd find that key real quick. Update, they had already came the day before to diagnose the truck. With the keys inside. So I still don't understand what the issue was. And it was 12 minutes. You could have charged extra and I would have been happy.

Horrible. Don’t honor warranty and then Larry’s wife doesn’t honor what he told me. Never again What she says below is mostly false. Her husband Larry was the mechanic and he told me and my wife directly that he was going to warranty out the part. His wife then changed things and said they would replace only if I agreed to pay for it again if the error code proved wrong. I’m not a complainer but this is not right. Feel free to contact me directly if you want more information and I urge you to beware before using them. Update: They were wrong. The part they originally replaced was bad and replaced by another shop. The warranty company has reimbursed me for the replacement part. They will reimbursement me for the original diagnostic cost if l and k will provide me with an invoice for that cc transaction in July of 2025. Now they are ghosting me. Won’t answer calls, voicemails or texts. These people are dishonest and not to be trusted.

This company saved me $750 on my rear brakes. I was told by another shop that I needed new calipers, rotors, pads, brake line, and brake fluid. All I needed were pads thanks to L&K Auto Repair. I recommend this auto shop. They’re honest and transparent on fixing issues that need to be fixed.

This company did my clockspring. When they diagnosed it they were informed that it had allready been replaced 3 times with no luck- but they insisted thats all that needs done. After the first time it failed they didnt bother to contact us back until I wrote a bad review, and said that I needed to take it down when they fixed it. Reasonable even though they had over 10 calls and texts over a 2 month span. Now it's back to same thing. Its still NOT working, and there ignoring me because they dont want to do a warranty repairs.. and they ESPECIALLY have not put any effort into trying to figure out what's ACTUALLY wrong with the car making the clock Spring fail (now on shot number 4 or 5). Im just mad they charged me for repairs and didn't fix the CORRECT thing making those repairs they did completely useless. Im actually worried they caused more damage because now we have issues getting our car to start and those started after the last clock Spring repair. If it's not addressed this week I will be taking it to another mechanic and taking them to court over the damages they caused. Its not safe to drive without airbags. We have a kid. They simply dont care about my families safety, none the less all the times we were late to work because of the car not starting. I dont understand how you can offer a warranty with repairs then just ignore your customers when something goes wrong.

I'm so glad I called these guys. Family run business, they don't charge unnecessary fees. I was skeptical at first but when they turned up and spent 35 minutes diagnosing AND finding the problem I was shocked. I'd been to the "trustworthy" garages in the area that everyone raves about and they were charging me $$$$'s and then wanted to bring me back in and said I needed $500 more to fix it. The second opinion with L&K has now brought confidence back in fixing my car locally. I won't use anyone else in the area again

Had both Ethan and Edmund out this week to help with my car, which would start. Let's start with the fact that communication was fantastic! From the initial contact to contact with both mechanics, communication was responsive, fast, friendly, and clear. They were both super nice, eager to help and solve the problem, and knowledgeable. Took the time to explain some things to me and talk about my concerns. Price was reasonable and service was prompt. Will 100% recommend and use again!

By far the best experience I have EVER had with a mobile mechanic, or any mechanic for that matter! Very knowledgeable on both old and new, personable, very reasonable labor cost and not high mark up on parts. Well equipped with tools needed. I have an antique truck many , including dealer, will not work on, L&K were there for me without hesitation. Found the issues and repaired without being intimidated by my old truck that cant spit out a bunch of codes to tell you the issue😊 Im beyond impressed and pleased. Highly recommend, you wont be disappointed!

I would recommend this company to anyone who asks if I know a mechanic. They came on a Saturday to diagnose my car, and came back on a Monday to replace it. Edwin diagnosed it and Laerie was the one who worked on my vehicle. He is a book of knowledge, and was was eager to answer all of my questions. While Laerie had parts of my engine apart, he came upon a issue from a prior mechanics mess up, When they had my intake apart for the spark plug, they never put the throttle body gasket back in, so dirt was pulling into my engine.(A reputable shop in the area, I'll leave it at that) I will attach them with this review. Laerie showed me exactly what happened, and we were able to get that taken care of while he was here. The woman who I spoke to on the phone was friendly, and helpful, and when I had a question about the quote she was friendly and explained it. So happy my friends recommended this company, thank you all for your help. It is very much appreciated. This was my first time using them, and I will continue using their service for all my vehicles. -Mallory Pictures attached is my car being worked on, and then the part Laerie had found, was a different mechanics mess up. You can clearly see where the dirt was being pulled into the throttle body gasket because the prior mechanic never put the rubber seal back in!
