I am sooo impressed with this place. I was estimated 3-4 days to get my car fixed and it took them 2 days with a snow storm! Wow. They went above and beyond to help me and even helped with an extra scuff I had! (They didn’t have to do that for me!) AND cleaned my car inside and out. My car literally looks brand new. I will be returning and telling everyone I know to check them out when they need work done. THANK YOUUU!!!

My daughter in laws Volkswagen Tiguen was badly damaged in an accident and we took it to L&W as that is always where we bring our cars after an accident. The service is far outstanding than anywhere else and they are very efficient. Suzzane is so easy to deal with and makes it so painless! What an outstanding job they did in fixing the damage. The car looks brand new and you'd never know it was in an accident. They were so proactive in ordering the parts ahead of time, so we didn't have to wait and had no delays. They worked directly with the insurance company to insure anything not mentioned in the estimate, that was uncovered once the car was taken apart, was dealt with. It even came back detailed inside and outside and was spotless! My daughter in law (and us) are extremely happy with the outstanding service that L&W provides.

I can’t express how happy I am to have found a company, people who care and value their customers. I have taken my car here multiple times for accidents I was not at fault for, fixing my boyfriends car as I type this and fixing my door for chipped paint. I definitely recommend they always take care of you and your vehicle.

One word to describe my experience...unbelievable. I usually don't take time out to write reviews, but I couldn't let this experience go by without giving credit where credit is due. Friendly, professional, organized, reasonable prices, on time and honest. I could go on but I get lazy when it comes to this kind of stuff. This is an exception, though. I called for a price two times and got a call back within a day. When I went in to the location it was clean, neat and the young ladies at the desk politely greeted me. My folder was all set to go, no more explanation needed and I was on my way. Scott told me it would be ready in two days, he called me the second day and my car was ready for pick up. I originally took my car to the dealer and they told me that I needed something done that I actually didn't need. Scott explained what he did and how the problem was fixed. I moved to Randolph 4 years ago and have been looking for a reliable mechanic in all the wrong places. I finally found one. I am definitely going back for whatever I need done to my car and I recommend anyone reading this to do the same. Great Job L & W Auto Body Inc. !

A huge THANK YOU to the entire staff at L&W. Starting with pleasant customer service, ease of scheduling appt and convenience of Hertz car rental right next door. My 2016 Honda HR-V was side swiped from front to back on the passenger side, including tire rim damage. L&W worked with my insurance company, kept me well informed of progress, and completed job in a timely manner. I was 100% satisfied and beyond thrilled with their quality of workmanship, needless to say vehicle was cleaned inside and out. I wouldn’t hesitate for a moment to use or recommend L&W.

My car was repaired perfectly - they did an excellent job, and my 10-year-old car looks like new! They were also able to do the job quicker than they had originally estimated and for almost half of what another body shop had quoted. Everyone was friendly, helpful, and efficient. I had no deductible - the person who had hit me was at fault - so I paid nothing, but I appreciate the fact that they didn't try to pad the price; when insurance companies get overcharged they pass the cost onto us, the consumers, so honest pricing benefits everyone. I would definitely recommend this body shop to anyone who needs auto body work.

This shop impressed me from start to finish. I hit a deer a few weeks ago and the front of my truck had pretty significant damage. I was told by a friend to go to L&W and I’m glad I listened. When I got there I was greeted by the owner who was very professional and you could tell he takes pride in his shop. The woman that works at the front desk has her job down to a science. Throughout the time of the repair she was on top of everything and never skipped a beat. The time frame I was given by the shop was right on point. The repair work was flawless and done in a very reasonable time. And on top of everything else they even detailed the inside of my truck which had nothing to do with the damages they were fixing. When they gave me my truck back it looked just as good as it did the day I bought it. I’ll never take anything anywhere else and I would recommend this shop to anyone. They did a fantastic job in every aspect.

Great place to go to get your car repaired. They take pride in their work and their job is A+! The rental place Hertz is right next door and L&W is reasonable in price and great service. Make sure it's the CORRECT car when you call to ask about the progress of it. The representative was nice, but they gave us the wrong information for weeks which lead to such disappointment. Someone rear ended us and our insurance partners with this shop to do the repairs. We called for weeks to track and monitor the progress of the car. Everything looked great! We were excited to have our car back, and the day before we were supposed to pick it up....we find out that it was somebody else's car (with the same make and model AND last name), and ours was actually declared a total loss (the accident wasn't the only thing that gave us whiplash lol) There was some confusion...human errors, but it was so disappointing especially after having called so many times :/ just make sure it's the right car!!

L & W Auto Body was recommended by a neighbor that is an auto insurance appraiser to repair damage from a minor rear end accident. They were professional and courteous in every way from the first call to picking it up today. They assisted me in understanding insurance issues and coordinated the rental car to make drop off and pick of my car as smooth and hassle free as I can imagine. Since my car was in the shop they were able to also detail and touch-up the paint on the entire car at a very reasonable additional charge. I am thrilled about the quality of the work and was able to pickup my car today, Friday, days earlier than the original estimate of Next Tuesday. I will highly recommend them to anyone; friends, family, and neighbors. It would be nice if all businesses were as professional as L & W Auto Body, great people, honest service, and quality work what more can you ask for.

My car was rear ended in an accident and my insurance company recommended this shop for repairs. After the car was in the shop for a few days, I placed a call to follow up on the status. When I called I was told they had already filed paperwork stating my car was a total loss, but I was never updated or informed of this information. After discussing next steps with my insurance company, I was told the shop would call me to retrieve my belongings prior to my car being picked up by the tow truck. The next day, I received a voicemail message from the shop AFTER my car had already been towed. When I explained I hadn’t had the chance to clean out my belongings, the woman on the phone told me they had assumed that it had already been cleaned. My car was towed to a storage lot in Mendon and I had to drive almost an hour away to retrieve my belongings. The associate at the storage lot informed me someone at the shop had authorized the pick up of the vehicle, even though I was never contacted. I was also told I couldn’t retrieve my belongings without proper footwear, a detail I was unaware of. I had to make a stop at a local Walmart to buy shoes that I didn’t even need, all in order to be able to get to my car. This was an ordeal to go through after losing my car and it could’ve been easily avoided, unfortunately this was a negative experience that demonstrated a lack of professionalism and lack of communication with customers. I’m very disappointed in how this was handled.

my 2019 ram 5th gen truck needed a new engine. almost traded it in but L&W gave a good quote to install a used crate motor and stated that the install would take a couple weeks. i honestly was expecting to be disappointed when it was done. figured something would go wrong or truck wouldn't drive the same, sound the same etc.. Not only did L&W finish the job when they said they would, but my truck sounded and felt the same, just like it did before the last engine crapped itself. there were no issues, no extra costs and i think they gave it a good wash. The 🍒 on top, is they included a 2 yr warranty. 😃 👍🏼 been piling the miles on my truck for few weeks now. glad to have it back.

L & W Autobody has been my go to body shop for many years. Most recently I had to take my Honda Civic in for repair and I could not be happier. The repair matched the estimate, was completed a week earlier than expected and looks amazing! They cleaned the car and even gave me a small bottle of touch up paint; a specialty color. My dealership refused to do that when asked. I can’t express enough how happy I am. L & W is the only auto-body shop I trust.

I took my car here for minor accident repairs .. with that being said I was not expecting all that I had received from this service. Not only did they make my car look as if the accident never occurred, they went above and beyond to make it look completely new inside and out. When I had picked up my vehicle it was not only repaired but had been fully detailed (interior and exterior), very unexpected but very impressed as most dealerships wouldn’t even consider such a thing after repairs. It truly felt like I had picked up a brand new car. I would also like to note that I had dropped my car off right before 3 major holidays and they still managed to have it back to me within the week. I highly highly recommend this shop and will definitely be back for all things necessary.
