Do not come here. God awful service. Brought my car in twice when I lived near here and the first time I bought two tires and asked them to rotate them. When I picked up my car they said they rotated them but I could literally see that they hadn’t, so I had to wait longer for them to do it. Second time I came in, I waited over 20 mins to be acknowledged just to be told I needed to talk to someone in another part of the garage. They misdiagnosed my problem and said it would cost a couple hundred to fix. I took it somewhere else and the problem ended up being that they didn’t balance the tires they installed, which was causing a vibration while driving. I moved away and I’m still pissed when I think about them. I don’t know how they ever got any good reviews.

I had bought some used tires here before and I didn’t post a review to give it some time and see how they turned out. Glad I did that because turns out they snuck an old tire onto my car. I’m 90% sure I checked all tires and they were newer tires. But I came back today for a rotation since I thought they did good work and come to find out one of the tires is already cracking because it’s from the first week of 2015 no wonder they’re cracking! When I told him he sold me the tires he shrugged and said there’s nothing he can do. I never asked him to do anything just pointed it out, which makes me think he knows what he’s doing. I told him it’s foul that we as customers come and trust them only to end up screwed. He said “the legal thing to do is to buy new tires not used” to which I reply, “so you’re selling illegal goods and your business is illegal?” And he said of course not but you should only buy new tires. Sounds to me like he knows he’s selling garbage tires and is aware that they won’t last long. He’s probably counting on people coming back to replace them again. Sounds like a scam to me…. I’m going to check my lug nuts when I get home to make sure that’s at least done right. Avoid this place!

Watch out. I bought two used tires two weeks ago. They immediately went flat. I went back to the shop and they pointed out that in the fine print it said that there is no warranty on used tires so they would check them out, but charge me for any repairs needed. I decided to go somewhere else to get them fixed.

Alignment was bad, after 3 weeks my front right tire started to fade. I came back here to tell that it not good alignment, they didn’t do nothing. A good company’s they work with customers, they try to decide the problems. But not this company

Horrible Experience - Taking Advantage of Young Women I am writing this review to express my absolute disgust with LA Tire Shop for taking advantage of my dear friend. Not only did they overcharge her, but I also have videos showing their shady behavior. Here's what happened: My friend came in with a mild flat tire that could have been easily patched, they said her rim was bent and un-savable and needed to send it in. Instead of offering a reasonable solution, they took her tire to a back room and punctured it, then claimed she needed an expensive rim repair. We reached out to three other shops, and all of them said that the rim could be hammered back into shape without any major costs. But LA Tire Shop seemed determined to exploit the situation, especially because my friend is young and unaware of such scams. It's sickening to think that they target young girls, knowing they might not question their tactics. I would never recommend this place to anyone, especially if you're a young woman or someone who isn't experienced with car repairs. This kind of predatory behavior is unacceptable, and I hope others read this and avoid LA tire shop at all costs. They don't deserve anyone's business if they continue to operate in such a deceitful and unethical way. Ps: look at the photo of the back room. They got mad when I tried to watch and said they need privacy in the back room.

Everytime I come here they give great service and competitive prices. Have had my tires replaced, brakes and rotors done, always come for oil changes. The guys are very kind and honest about what you need/don't need to worry about on your vehicle. Would highly recommend!

If I could leave a no star review I would. These men that work here clearly tried to take advantage of my friend and I when I came in with a flat tire. They said it would cost $160 for them to fix my rim because it was “too bent” and popping my tire which was in fact false. My tire needed to be replaced and they were trying to get more money out of me, saying my rim was too bent. So they put a new tire with my rim and sprayed it with soap for me to see it was slightly releasing air. Then I thought okay I can come back tomorrow Monday so they can fix the bent rim which they said was $160 to fix I will add a photo. The guy goes to the back room comes back to put the NEW tire on an I hear a loud HISSING noise of air leaving the tire I said no stop you guys clearly pierced the tire. I called a tire shop near by and sent the photo of the slight bend on the rim and they said no they are maliciously trying to take advantage of you that is not making your tired flat. This place then charged me $40 to put my spare tire on. I went to the other tire shop and they took care of me and said my rim was fine.

I found a place open on Sunday because I had a nail stuck in my tire. But they seem to take advantage of customers in that kind of situation. Other places charge only $20, but they asked for $40. Never come here — I don’t recommend this place at all.

i was in a little panic and called this tire shop. i noticed my wheel was flat due to a pothole this morning. i called and they told me to come and he immediately fixed my tire. within 20 minutes or less i was in and out and i couldn’t be more grateful for them. the price was okay for a new tire. thank you guys! you saved my day. truly. ✨
