Don’t go to this shop workers are not Certified last time I was there they couldn’t fix my car issue they worked on, the worker name Jorge couldn’t talk English gave me an attitude when I asked him a questions about my car not professional!!!!

I'm consistently impressed by how fast the service is here. It's a huge plus that experienced Korean mechanics personally handle all the inspections and repairs with such meticulous care. On top of that, the pricing is always very reasonable and satisfying.

Twice now this place has wrongly diagnosed my car. 2 years ago they said my water pump was cracked, took it to my mechanic back home, he said there’s nothing wrong with it. Gave them the benefit of the doubt. This time my car was overheating so I figured it was low on coolant and they quoted me $1,500 saying that I needed 6 new parts replaced for $750 and $650 for labor for a total of over $1,400 with tax. Took it to get another diagnostic down the street, they charged me $40 and said the car was running fine and was probably just low on coolant. Bunch of scammers trying to get a quick buck.

They took advantage of me not knowing about the car. I’m working full time and full time nursing student so without a car to commute in LA is challenging for me. Within these 2 months, I have stressed out so much that I had to consult with therapists. I will not never ever recommend them anyone. I tried to negotiate with them through BAR and clearly they don’t wanna take full responsibility of work they have done so I’m taking this case to the court and in the process of taking legal action against them.

oh, this place is great. I needed to take my car in for maintenance so I just brought my car over here, they did an all-around check, including brake pads inspection, tire check, etc. without me even asking and in the end all I needed was an oil change. I went in without an appointment on a Wednesday morning and there was no wait, just a few other customers waiting. They saw my car right away, and I was in and out of there within 20 minutes and they were all very friendly and straightforward without any tricky hidden fees!

Every time I go here the price goes up for the same maintenance. Even if you have the same problem, compare prices and problems with other places before fixing it. You will be able to tell the difference. Just because people are friendly doesn't mean the prices and skills are friendly too. I've been a regular here since the previous owners, but now I'm looking for a new place.

Been coming here since they were at their former location on Beverly. Everyone here is incredibly nice, and in my experience, they’ve always done fast, honest work. Came in today to replace my fuel intake and get new break pads: I was in and out in about an hour, and paid less than what another shop quoted me.

They used to service Beverley and St. Andrews Road, but they moved. This was my first visit after they moved. They were very busy. I visited because I heard a noise from under my car, but after more than 3 hours of checking, they forgot to call me, so I called them. They eventually said that my brake pads and discs were damaged, so they replaced them. I had to visit again the next day to fix the noise. I thought I could wait if I went early the next morning, but they called me back after another 3 hours. I was tired of waiting, but I liked the repairs. I guess it's because they're busier than before. Please visit with plenty of time. Of course, simple maintenance is fine.

Han’s always offers excellent service and they are all so respectful. Today the mechanic noted an issue with my door and he fixed it free of charge. So nice that he was proactive. This is the kind of service you get here! I requested a transmission fluid change. It currently runs $175. I really trust the auto upkeep and repair work here and I’ve done it here before. They’re also doing a tune up. It will only take about an hour of waiting. There’s an area to wait. I come often to Han's. Mostly oil changes. Today they're looking at some annoying service required message that pops up lately. It's around 930 am and I got attended immediately and they're already on it. They're replenishing fluids in my car. A few times it has been as couresy. Really great service here. I’ve been coming to this mechanic for a few years and the service is always great. I feel they try to give you the best price all the time. I have not had any problems with my car and it has been on the road a long time. It’s got more than 100k miles on it. I’ve had oil changes and repairs done as well as tune ups. I highly recommend Han’s!
