I was here today for A/S. He fixed my truck 2 months ago and 1 month ago but the works were not good. The issues happened again yesterday. I called Luis and let him know. He said that he can fix them again. When I got here, he told me a different story. He denied that my truck had the issue even though he saw the pictures that I took yesterday. He told me I needed to wait until next Monday ( Today, It is Saturday ). I asked him to fix them so I could go to my work several times. Instead, he asked me to go to the pup (w/girls) for his after-service charge. What the earth!!!! I requested a refund, and got it. Unprofessional business practice !!! Oh, I almost forgot to say that. They open 10:00 AM. Not 07:00 in the morning. Do not waste your time as I did. Never coming again!!!

Very expensive and very slowly people, i made the mistake to go second time here and we were charge $625 for a regular oil change with 15w40β¦i guess the good reviews are from family members, i will attach the the invoiceβ¦i donβt recommend this shop at all, is cheaper to go to TA or Loveβs

Good morning afternoon to all in this crazy Trucking Bussiness at this moment Hopefully gets better Work Rates. Everything. I delivered to Walmart DC in the area had to do my 34 reset some I did some small repairs and maintenance I looked La Truck Repairs because of the recommendation and there Hours. I called spoke to luis explained what I needed and he told me to come by and that there would be a small wait so he can get other Truck out. So I went by and waited he got me in to a bay within 1 hour better than The national shops. I explained what I needed and also maintenance he said ok put his assigned mechanic on the Truck π» small story. Short. Great Shop and service will stay late if needed and will go out of his way to get and find parts needed 12 mechanics and 3 bays and also outside space for Repairs very professional luis and office staff and shop mechanic guys. Recommend 1,000,000 percent not just a shop but attends to your Trucks needs and also understands being a previous Driver Himself Luis. Everything and Everyone Great. Really slow service. Owner rude.was there for 3 days was lying talking about a part to get more money on labor hours. They changed the most expensive part that came out of a total of $1,700 and that was not the problem. I made it to Bosie Idaho and the same light came back on. It was my pump. I told him from the start that was the problem he told me that it was the sensor. The people there is honestly a total get over. Itβs one white guy there that acts like he owns the place and makes you wanna tell him a lil piece of your mind. I have came out of $4500 from miss diagnosed. THEY ARE NOT THE SHOP TOO GO TO!!! Itβs more repair shops around salt lake I would not come here if I was you. The ladies in the office is rude too. They payment method is a total get over! Look over this place you will regret it! The other reviews are fake! And was asked by them to post! You will thank me later for posting this review! DO NOT COME HERE KEEP LOOKING!

Do not trust the reviews, they know what they are doing. They replaced our truckβs coolant reservoir and our DEF pump in no time, used new parts and took less than an hour. Additionally it was reasonably cheap. They are moved to different location as well! Call them to ensure where they are. Btw the employees speak English do not spread false information and say that itβs overpriced, no English spoken, slow work, or even that the family members leaving 5 starsπ. None of that nonsense guys, Luis is the real guy, gave us a lot of recommendations, and knew what he was talking about. Long story short if you are in Utah and have truck problems, you know where to find these guys.
