If I could give 10 stars, I would!! I had an amazing experience at Les Schwab! My car was having some serious issues with the breaking system, and I brought it in hoping they could do something to help. I had changed brake pads, rotors and calipers not once but twice and had no luck fixing the problems. Matthew and Max were not only very knowledgeable and had answers to all of my questions but they were incredibly kind and caring. The entire team was professional, friendly, and truly went above and beyond to make sure my car was safe to drive. As a bonus, they gave me an UNBEATABLE deal. I can't thank them enough for their excellent service and kindness. This level of customer care is rare to find these days—I'll definitely be back for any future needs and send all my friends and family their way.

On Feb 10th, 2025, I paid for a thrust alignment to be done based on complaints of right pull and tire outer tire wear. The right pull was not corrected after giving them (three attempts) to get it right. The second and third check by the same alignment tech, (LUIS) made no corrections to the alignment. The last time he tried to correct it on March 24, 2025, LUIS blamed it on a bad tie rod. I didn't buy the story because LUIS himself checked my tie rods when he aligned it on Feb 10th and made no mention they were bad last month. I reminded LUIS that he had just checked the tie rods recently within the last 30 days (when he recommended replacing the ball joints, (which I did) before bringing it into the alignment on Feb 10th. LUIS's poor explanation for missing the tie rod the first time was that he must have missed it because the ball joints were bad and now that I replaced ball joints, the tie rod is now suddenly noticeable with new ball joints, BS. I asked LUIS to show me the worn tie rod, he jacked up the wheels and shook the front wheel. LUIS didn't convince me the tie rod was bad, and it looked fine, (I took video of LUIS moving the wheels. I told LUIS I wanted a 2nd opinion as I didn't believe my tie rod was bad at all. I immediately took my truck (same day) to Alignment specialists, they checked my front end and said my tie rods and all other suspension parts were just FINE and did NOT need to be replaced! The problem? Alignment Specialists made some castor adjustments and now it drives straight as an arrow and the right pull had been fixed. Something LUIS either couldn't do, or didn't want to do but would rather make up a story that I had a bad tie rod which would have cost me an about another 300.00! I returned back to Les Schwab the following day after having it correctly aligned. I told the manager (John) that my truck did NOT need a new tie rod that LUIS told me yesterday that I needed to have replaced and in fact my trucks castor was adjusted. I showed John the alignment report and my receipt for paying then for a new alignment from alignment specialists showing the adjustments they made to correct the alignment LUIS did. John agreed that the castor adjustments would correct that right pull I was having. I told John, I would like a refund for their alignment since they could not get it right after three attempts. John refunded my credit card for their alignment they gave me. No apologies from John for the inconvenience of having to leave my truck with them not once but THREE times, no apologies for LUIS trying to sell me a 300.00 tie rod that I didn't need. I have no confidence returning to them for work, given there were no apologies. I only had to pay 10.00 more to get a great alignment done right the first time at Alignment Specialists. This isn't the first time; I'd had a negative experience at this location. Prior to this I had them replace sway bar and links on my 1999 Toyota 4 runner, and immediately afterwards, there was a "popping" noise coming from underneath. I called the managers after the install, and they asked me to bring it in which was done way later down the road. They found a loose bolt on the sway bar loose, which fixed the popping.

I have long appreciated Les Schwab for their thoroughness in getting the job done right. They have always done the work correctly and never tried to over-sell me on products/services. I get email reminders when either of my vehicles is due for service (tire rotates, etc.). If I forget or don't respond, I get a follow-up email to remind me. Usually when I do get to the shop, they get the vehicle in as quickly as possible and rarely do I have to wait beyond what they estimate. I will continue doing business at Les Schwab.

As you can see the tires on my wheels are very thin. There's some shops that won't even touch them because of the size. I used to go to Victor's tires because of price, but the service alone at Les Schwab is what keeps us coming back. They repaired a leak from the rim because they're chrome, but I had to come back a weak later for another leak. Shatonia, Joshua, and the whole team were great to work with and didn't even charge for it. We've brought our Grand Wagoneer for all our oil changes because their service is better than the dealership and their pricing matches that. I haven't been back to Victor's or Glenn's because again, the service here is world class and their work matches that. Oil changes, brakes, some suspension, and tires. This will be our one stop shop for this services on our new cars and our old ones.

My mom went into this location because she had a concern about her rear brakes. The service technician came to her and told her that her rear right brake was completely worn out and that she needed to replace both rear brakes at the same time. They claimed they would have to replace the drum, rotor, and the whole brake assembly on both sides. My mom took it to a local mechanic that we have used over and over again, and when she told them what she was told, they guessed the exact franchise by name. Her mechanic informed her that her brakes were actually fine, and no work was needed. He also said that the company as a whole has told their employees to tell people this, regardless of whether the work actually needs to be done or not. Les Schwab has lost 2 future customers. The honesty and integrity of this is appalling.

Went in last week to Les Schwab and had a great experience. I was on the freeway and when we changed lanes the tire hit a razor blade on my driver rear and made a loud pop sound. Pulled off the nearest exit and realized what the sound was and drove straight to Les Schwab. Although the tire was unrepairable they were able to switch it out for the spare until I could afford a new one. They were also excellent in communication and updating me throughout the entire process. Over all highly recommend

Went to take my daughter to get an oil changed asked the guy at the desk at check in if we could get some help as she was interested in getting new rims and tires for her jeep. We were told a couple minutes but were ignored the entire time. Must be nice that they do enough business that they don’t need ours last time I use them for anything.

I came here to get my rear tire fixed up. I had some of the best customer service I’ve ever had compared to even a restaurant. Matt is a great guy and made me feel a lot better from this whole stressful situation and was always clear and easy to talk to. It was busy but he made time to make sure to help the people at the front and balance multiple things/phone calls. Hope he gets recognition. Insanely blown away by such a simple and nice guy, rare to find nowadays.

So I went in and told them the exact problem, the master suspension mechanic so they said … came told me a whole different problem, said most likely it’s the tie rod , and was like it’s 1000$ and ball joint was 900$ but the whole purpose was to fix a squeak and a pop from turning the wheel, but said this will fix the problem, so go to pick up my truck and all the sounds and noises are still there , he just said will I can verify it’s safe , I said so I paid u 1900$ to fix a squeak and pop and clunk and nothing was fixed , u fixed everything but the problem, thanks for a bunch of work that I didn’t need …. That what les swab has come to ? Rude lieing mechanics

This place is amazing. Had my tires slashed, not once, but twice by some lowlife scum and these guys were there to help me out. Great service and amazing people! Definitely recommend.

Max is the person I trust for alignments. I had an older Chevy one ton that I had a hard time getting aligned and Max was the one guy that could accomplish it. He had done all my vehicles since and makes them a pleasure to drive.

The entire staff at this location are extremely friendly, informative, professional, and customer service focused. I have used them for ne tires on my vehicles over the years. I once got my wheel aligned at this place on September 15th and within five months both the front Michelin brand tires were completely worn out from the outside. When I checked the alignment with a cotton thread, I found that the two tires were wider from the front. Then I came to know that these people are cheating in the name of wheel alignment.

There website states this - “ We’ll Check Your Alignment for Free Regular alignments are part of basic maintenance that help you get full mileage out of your tires. The pros at your local Les Schwab can take a look at your vehicle’s suspension and alignment components and let you know if you need any repairs. If everything is okay, it won’t cost you a thing. “ I made an appointment and when I came in was told it would be $145.00 yo check the alignment. BAIT and SWITCH

UPDATE: *****For people purchased new wheels*****. The owner of this location stated verbatim, “ they do not do refunds on even new wheels. Do NOT purchase with this location or Les Schwab in general!!! Buyer beware. Buying anything used will not be advertised or stamped anywhere on paperwork that your purchase sale is final. Their “best of the business” warranty is really what benefits the locations sale over customer satisfaction. I bought used wheels under the impression that I could return them if I was unhappy with them. As no where stated (all sales final). After exactly 2 weeks I called and was told that it’s up to the location’s discretion and that they would not refund me the cost even returning them in the same condition, as they would have a hard time selling them, like that’s my issue. I even asked specifically what policy they could point me to or where I could have seen that my sale was final and they stated they had none. If there was a disclosure saying it was a final sale, I would be understanding. As a customer with family, coworkers, and friends that go to Les Schwab, I will be suggesting other businesses to them and will be letting them know my experience. Very unhappy and disappointed.

Had a tire that was steadily losing air and wanted to see if I could find the leak and possibly fix it. My girlfriend recommended this location as she'd bought her last set of tires there. I was advised it would take about 45 minutes, but 20 minutes later they called me up. Told me I needed to replace all four tires. Said the rear tires were close to showing threads and the front tire was too worn to try and patch so they didn't even bother looking for the leak. Several issues with that. First those tires are barely a year old. I did delay in rotating them so the rear are a little more worn but I used to do safety/emissions inspections and my tires all absolutely would pass, they are nowhere near needing to be replaced. Next it could very well have been the tire stem that was leaking, but since they couldn't be bothered to check how could they possibly know? Last was the cost of the options I was presented. $1000 for "cheap" tires. Absolutely outrageous. The tires I had on there were less than half of that from a little tire shop in Orem. So I took it back there, shop is E&I, they actually looked at the tire, found the hole and patched it in less than 30 minutes, no bull shit, no arguing. This location not only will never see me again but my girlfriend is completely turned away after the experience as well.

The value goes beyond price. It had been years since buying tires from Les Schwab, but a loyal customer has come out of hiding. 😉 I researched the tire offerings for my car and could easily compare multiple options, to make an educated decision. I called Les Schwab to notify them I was running about 5 minutes behind my scheduled tire replacement appointment. Ben was kind and gracious. Troy had a warm welcome upon entering the location and Kevin cared for my repairs, keeping me updated as staff was working on my vehicle. I walked away feeling relieved, as there were no high pressured sales or gimmicks. Just good old-fashioned service and great rapport with customers.
