If I could give 10 stars, I would!! I had an amazing experience at Les Schwab! My car was having some serious issues with the breaking system, and I brought it in hoping they could do something to help. I had changed brake pads, rotors and calipers not once but twice and had no luck fixing the problems. Matthew and Max were not only very knowledgeable and had answers to all of my questions but they were incredibly kind and caring. The entire team was professional, friendly, and truly went above and beyond to make sure my car was safe to drive. As a bonus, they gave me an UNBEATABLE deal. I can't thank them enough for their excellent service and kindness. This level of customer care is rare to find these days—I'll definitely be back for any future needs and send all my friends and family their way.

On Feb 10th, 2025, I paid for a thrust alignment to be done based on complaints of right pull and tire outer tire wear. The right pull was not corrected after giving them (three attempts) to get it right. The second and third check by the same alignment tech, (LUIS) made no corrections to the alignment. The last time he tried to correct it on March 24, 2025, LUIS blamed it on a bad tie rod. I didn't buy the story because LUIS himself checked my tie rods when he aligned it on Feb 10th and made no mention they were bad last month. I reminded LUIS that he had just checked the tie rods recently within the last 30 days (when he recommended replacing the ball joints, (which I did) before bringing it into the alignment on Feb 10th. LUIS's poor explanation for missing the tie rod the first time was that he must have missed it because the ball joints were bad and now that I replaced ball joints, the tie rod is now suddenly noticeable with new ball joints, BS. I asked LUIS to show me the worn tie rod, he jacked up the wheels and shook the front wheel. LUIS didn't convince me the tie rod was bad, and it looked fine, (I took video of LUIS moving the wheels. I told LUIS I wanted a 2nd opinion as I didn't believe my tie rod was bad at all. I immediately took my truck (same day) to Alignment specialists, they checked my front end and said my tie rods and all other suspension parts were just FINE and did NOT need to be replaced! The problem? Alignment Specialists made some castor adjustments and now it drives straight as an arrow and the right pull had been fixed. Something LUIS either couldn't do, or didn't want to do but would rather make up a story that I had a bad tie rod which would have cost me an about another 300.00! I returned back to Les Schwab the following day after having it correctly aligned. I told the manager (John) that my truck did NOT need a new tie rod that LUIS told me yesterday that I needed to have replaced and in fact my trucks castor was adjusted. I showed John the alignment report and my receipt for paying then for a new alignment from alignment specialists showing the adjustments they made to correct the alignment LUIS did. John agreed that the castor adjustments would correct that right pull I was having. I told John, I would like a refund for their alignment since they could not get it right after three attempts. John refunded my credit card for their alignment they gave me. No apologies from John for the inconvenience of having to leave my truck with them not once but THREE times, no apologies for LUIS trying to sell me a 300.00 tie rod that I didn't need. I have no confidence returning to them for work, given there were no apologies. I only had to pay 10.00 more to get a great alignment done right the first time at Alignment Specialists. This isn't the first time; I'd had a negative experience at this location. Prior to this I had them replace sway bar and links on my 1999 Toyota 4 runner, and immediately afterwards, there was a "popping" noise coming from underneath. I called the managers after the install, and they asked me to bring it in which was done way later down the road. They found a loose bolt on the sway bar loose, which fixed the popping.

I have long appreciated Les Schwab for their thoroughness in getting the job done right. They have always done the work correctly and never tried to over-sell me on products/services. I get email reminders when either of my vehicles is due for service (tire rotates, etc.). If I forget or don't respond, I get a follow-up email to remind me. Usually when I do get to the shop, they get the vehicle in as quickly as possible and rarely do I have to wait beyond what they estimate. I will continue doing business at Les Schwab.
