Another issue about this place is that it took them an hour and one half to do a rotation. I used to work at big o tire and if it took 15 minutes it was free. Oho!!!its the covid is it?????I got four new tires, Went fishing on Labor Day, Came back down on highway80, At 1700east,Lost the left rear tire,Wheel and almost got killed. Reason? They forgot to put the lug nuts back on. They claim they ALWAYS have a second person backing them up to make sure. I could see the person working on my truck."PERSON" not persons. Totaled my truck. 2004 Nissan Frontier with a brand new shell. This truck was ready for everything and Les Schwab killed my dreams to retire in 365 days just because of there fault. I will never go there even if the tires are free. Oh and they responded what...Two years later with a "We take these things seriously ?And I am lucky to be alive. Your lies astound me Schwab.Im watching you! Update! My brother in law had the SAME thing happen to him also. Different place,Same company. Dont leave this place until you check your vehicle completely. OH OH Oh I almost forgot why they left my lug nuts off, They told me they could replace my shocks and do an alinement for just over $3000. I told them that I can do it myself so they dropped my truck and pulled it out. I am a front end specialist from 1979 and know my stuff. Hunter engineering was my training.$3000.?👎👎👎 And I do have PROOF that they never put the lug nuts back on.

I Had a tire that went low twice my husband took my car in waited an hour and a half they brought him quotes for new tires and gave him the keys back. He left thinking they had fixed it. The next day my tire was low again. My husband called them and asked if they did anything with the tire they said yes they found a nail and fixed it. The next day I went to a different location and they really did fixed it. So in other words they taylorsville location was more worried about selling me tires then actually fixing a tire that could have blown on me while I was driving my children around! I will never go to this location again. I will say the west Jordan location actually does care about their customers and actually do the work they say they will.

Went here before work one morning because my tire pressure kept dropping. After waiting for an hour, they came back to me and told me there was no leak (came to learn there was a nail in the tire), and they filled the tires in my Honda civic to 42psi??? Really not great and unfortunately it seems they have no idea what they’re doing. Go elsewhere!
