Wake up to the OWNER OF THIS BUSINESS. I gave 1 star for the location but gush your manager has attitude. I showed him that I paid for large SUV but the 2nd back seat was ignored. No activity was done there, like vacuuming and removing thrash. While the rest of the interior, you will see stain, meaning they were just in a hurry to finish up without checking their job. The manager gave me so much blah blah instead of doing a right job of satisfying clients. Will the manager gives the employees attitude if they don't do their job fast? I think the manager wants to get so much cars for commission or to impress the owner? Whatever it is, poor job. Hello!!

This place is horrible. They up charge and are rude. The detailers are very nice though. I got a free car wash with my oil change and when I go to the car wash people, they said no worries just go to the front and we’ll take care of you. I go to the front to the cashier, rips half my oil change paper away, and said I owed money. The oil change people said it was free with my oil change and it was exterior only. Then, I asked the manager to come and see what the matter is and he said that the up charge is because the size of the car. It is a crossover like a lifted Corolla like seriously like crossovers are small cars. Then, he made me go over to the oil change people to see what the matter is, the oil change people gave me the money I owed for the car wash, but I told the cashier don’t be making deals if you aren’t gonna hold up your end. It’s ridiculous and at the end of the day it’s just false advertising. I will never go there again

EXTREMELY RUDE CAR WASH EMPLOYEES!!!! This used to be my favorite car wash until this past 2 years I e kinda just shined it on. Today the car manager just blew that off for me. I will NEVER be back to this place again. Hopefully the owner will see how bad his employees are here and how much money he is losing.

I received a coupon mailer at my house and decided to give this car wash try. I was intrigued by the fact that they are an indoor car wash. Which is kind of nice as the workers don’t have to work hard on Brian cars in the blazing sun however when you have overhead and she, it doesn’t give you a true picture of the finished product so often the cars are not dried, detailed, nor the windows done as if they were outside. With that being said, I thought I’d give them a try because I’ve been going to foothill car wash in Upland for 12 years and they really gone downhill. Their prices have gone up 30% but the quality of service in the management, no thanks. I could do it I can do a better job myself and I do. The manager at Lavern car wash is a 26 year veteran of the car wash business and that’s admirable however he did have a little bit of a know it all let me see what I have to say you can’t ask for specific workers that’s just the way it is attitude. But he was knowledgeable. I guess he was the one that dried my car in order to give me a great first impression but they were missed areas of the inside rear windshield as well as the front and the cars underbody meaning where the rocker panels are and below the bumpers, we’re wet with water. I didn’t expect that for being a first timer and especially since the manager addressed my car personally. That’s why I’m giving it three stars but thank goodness For coupons. If I wasn’t in such a rush to get on a plane tomorrow morning, I will check the hour and 15 minutes myself, spends five bucks at a local do it yourself, and do it right from A-to-Z. I paid $40 including a tip and I have to say I was not impressed. There were leaves still under my windshield wipers, I had to ask the guy that wiped down my car to please clean the middle compartment (they just closed it without cleaning it). There were water spots all over my driver door and back hatch. I normally don't care to much, I just want my car clean, but i paid waay to much for a crappy job. Did I mention there was still grass and debris on my floorboards. I will try another place.

Unfortunately, when I was having my car washed here, a man was blowing dust around with a leaf blower in front and it Got all over my black car. Do you know LaVerne car wash washed my car and hand waxed it!!! WoW! Now that’s service! , Thanks Caesar!

Haven't been at this location for awhile now but stopped in last week since last time they did a decent job but this time they changed up their prices. They no longer vacuum or do the inside of your car unless you pay their "detailing price". Was just going to leave since the price was ridiculous compared to other car washed so just had the outside done and when they said it was done it wasn't even clean and they wiped it down with wet towels so had spots still. Will not go back

Yeah don't come to this car wash you pay almost $20 dollars and tip and when you drive into the sunlight you see how bad of a job they did, would not recommend them to anyone.

If I could give this place zero stars I would. I paid $35 for the "Supreme" wash and there was nothing supreme about it. My car wasn't TERRIBLY dirty and it shouldn't be this hard to wash and vaccum. Everyone there was quite nice but their work was terrible. I think it's safe to say I will not be back here. Pictures speak for themselves.

I paid 80 dollars for a car wash and 1/2 of the car was not cleaned, trash was still everywhere in the car, and the manager wouldn’t do anything else nor refund a portion of what they charged me. It looks like they put wax on my tires and called it a day.

Business is way down and prices are way up. I wouldn't mind paying more if I were getting a completely clean car but unfortunately that is not the case. Vents still full of dust, and they only spend 3 minutes vacuuming. You don't get what you pay for anymore, but it wasn't always that way. Sad.

First time going to the spot. The manager was cool. The service could be better. I had to ask the manager to have his employee wipe down something he forgot to do outside. Then he didn't dry the hood and all the water was splashing on the windshield.
