I've been relying on this mobile car repair company for all the services needed for my 8 year BMW in the couple of years. Their service is consistently honest. Their prices are really good. Recently I had them do an oil change and check out a noise coming from the engine. I was worried that the car diagnostic would uncover a problem, with a high cost potentially putting me in a difficult financial situation.. Luckily it turned out that the unusual noise was because of low engine fluids that needed to be topped up. I'm so relieved to have found my trusted mechanic! So last week, my old car started making some serious noise under the hood, and I knew I needed to get it checked out quick. I called up Mobile Mechanic Pros Ontario, hoping they’d have a fix for me. Sure enough, they sent a mechanic over to my place in no time. The guy was decent, real easy to understand. He told me straight up it was the alternator giving me grief. He broke down what needed to be done, how long it would take, and what it was gonna cost me, all without using any fancy jargon. He got the job done right there in my driveway, which was super convenient. I’m definitely calling Mobile Mechanic Pros Ontario again if I run into any more car trouble. They’re good, honest folks who do a clean job and don’t try to pull one over on you with the bill.

I contacted Mobile Mechanic Pros Ontario for a phone quote and was pleasantly surprised by their helpfulness. Their pricing also turned out to be more budget-friendly compared to previous quotes I'd received from other mechanics. A couple of days later, I inquired about their clutch replacement service and asked for my availability. They came to my place that morning, and to my amazement, the work was completed before I finished my workday! Check this .... Look at all the ppl that did reviews ... There fake ...most if not all have only made 1 review ... This place is garbage ... They came ,the guy assumed it was the starter .. wrong ... So l let them know the next day the guy said .. he have someone here in the morning... So I take the day off and these guys can't even get back at me ... no call no show ... These ppl don't know what there doing .... These some back yard machanic's ... I asked for a refund ... No answer ... These guys doing bad ... Must be doing really bad ...

This was my first time using a mobile mechanic service. The process was really easy from start to finish. I saw the quote for an alternator replacement before booking. (So I was able to compare prices) Included parts and labor. Not expensive at all and very convenient. Carlos was on time and working on my car within minutes of showing up. I had a friend help me with replacing my cv axles on my car. But after we were done, we test drove it and heard a metallic rubbing noise. We looked everything over but were at a lose as to what it could be. We googled it and checked all suggestions but couldn't find what it could be. So I called Mobile Mechanics Pro deciding I didn't want to risk driving it to a shop and ruining my transmission. They responded quickly and Rich came out the same day. He checked everything over and test drove it. Turns out my brake shield was bent and too close to the rotor. He bent it back and finished torquing the cv axle nut to spec because we couldn't get there. Sure enough, it solved the issue and the noise is gone! Rich was a true pro and experienced enough to see what we thought was good, wasn't. I'm extremely glad I called them and appreciated the quick service. A lot of places would lie and say it was something else just to charge more but Rich was honest and an overall great guy. I highly recommend this company and will definitely use them again. Thank you guys so much!

I honestly expected this to be a mess. When my 2008 Honda Civic wouldn’t start, I called Mobile Mechanic Pros Ontario mostly to ask if they even handled that kind of thing. The car had died suddenly, and I was already bracing for a tow and a big bill. Instead, the mechanic showed up, diagnosed a bad starter, and replaced it right there. Ordered a PP for a 2014 Porsche, added 30-Min test drive, transmission fluid check, compression test. Dealer confirmed they walked around the car, no test drive, no transmission fluid check, no compression test. Was sent unprofessional videos of the vehicle being backed up. Dealer: "When he arrived, I asked if he was here for the PPI and he said no that he was just here to look at the car and take a few pictures. I took him to where we are storing the car on the roof and started it up, backed it out so he can have a full 360 view. He took a few pictures and maybe videos, asked if he needed anything from me or any information, he said no the car is a 12/10 and left". They were unable to provide anything outside of a "125 Point Inspection" report with everything marked "Yes", incorrect model, no odometer reading, no additional tests. Not only is this the most unprofessional service myself or the dealer have experienced, they are intentionally fabricating pre-purchase inspections, and taking advantage of remote customers. I have included photo evidence of the "rough draft" sent to their manager used to fabricate the "125 Point Inspection" report. Given they didn't even sit inside the vehicle, majority of these inspection points could not have been completed, nor were any measurements provided (odometer, treat depth, temps, etc). Attached are the only two photos I received of the vehicle. They are unwilling to accept responsibility, and offered another PPI which I vehemently refused.
