★★★☆☆ My Rear main seal was replaced there about two months ago on my Chevy Suburban. I was told by the owner that there's no warranty for reasons that I now realize, ok what im getting at is.. This place has certified mechanics. When I first got there I spoke with a Gentleman that mainly from what information I learned from him, he changes oil and perform minor repairs on vehicles ( like tires, batteries, etc.) I asked him at that time, when going to see about getting this work done on my Suburban and a few things also about the rear main seal. He really seemed like he didn't want talk about it at all or had no knowledge about it or really hated working there. I do remember him mentioning that it's been a while since he has worked on vehicles. Ok back to the story.. So I had Lacombe Napa Auto Care to go ahead and replace my rear main seal. The job was done and it appeared to not be leaking after inspecting it,after completion. I returned around three weeks later to get a oil change.The guy that changes oil and performs minor repairs was doing the oil change. So we got to talking about something about the truck and He mentioned that he was the person that did the rear main seal.. Today I get under my Truck and it has 4-5 places where its dripping again.( not major but it must be real slow drips) when I seen this, something clicked in my head, when he was changing my oil,while my truck was up on the rack. I noticed while he was lowering my truck but stopped and brought it back up, I was wondering what did he forget to do. When he look back and see me watching he was just inspecting it underneath but, when I turn my head he was wiping the pan and around the transmission but, didn't notice that I was back looking again. Then I thought well there's no reason for him to be wiping all that because he didn't drip any oil anywhere, so now I'm realizing why he was wiping around the back end where the rear main seal is. Because there were some small drips, and that it was still leaking.. so I guess eventually it will start dripping faster and faster and now I'm going to have to go get it fixed again. Which costed me close to eight hundred and something dollars. The lesson here is to make sure you know who's working on your vehicle! I'm thinking that he really didn't know what he was doing but I'm not really sure because I'm not a mechanic myself. And now I'm a couple of states away and I cannot go back to him to get this problem solved, even though I'm sure that they would fix the problem. I have nothing bad to say, and I'm sure they do great work. I just don't know why that a Certified mechanic didn't perform the job on my truck.

★☆☆☆☆ Car overheating. Charged us $1400 ! Had to bring back 3 more times. Finally said the didn't know what was wrong with it. So all that money and the car can not be used! I don't recommend them at all!!! We got screwed!!
