I walked in, said I needed a door repair. The man told me no, and volunteered a bunch of flimsy excuses, such as he "doesnt get cars in at 8 and have them out by 5 anymore."

"DON'T DO IT!!! Had my cabs (4) rebuilt to the tune of over $700. The bike sat for a few weeks and upon start up it started leaking. Brought it back and they "said" they went through it again. It sat up for a while and on start up it is leaking AGAIN! Brought it back for the 3rd time and they came back rudely with every excuse imaginable saying that they weren't liable. Do NOT do business with Triola Cycles and Auto Repair!

Does great work in a timely manner. Yeah its a Harley therefore its expensive. Its still alot less expensive than a Harley dealership. I highly reccommend Triola”s.

I would not put any faith in Mr. Kampen's review. He brought his motorcycle from his mother's house, where he leaves it for extended periods of time, since he resides in Texas. The tank and four (4) carburetors had to be removed and cleaned. A number of internal carburetor parts required replacement. It was evident that repeated use of ethanol fuel, along with neglecting the bike for several months was the cause of the issues. After the repairs, Mr. Kampen was advised not to use ethanol fuel, and to not let the bike sit unused for long periods. The total costs of parts and labor for Mr. Kampen's motorcycle was $646.42. After several months, the bike was brought back. The same issues of neglect and old/ incorrect fuel were observed. The bike was repaired, free of charge, and same recommendations were given, due to prior advice not being followed. After results of both incidents with Mr. Kampen, he still did not heed the advice given. The last, or 3rd incident, he had his brother and a friend bring the bike to the shop. The bike had obviously been neglected again, but it could not be taken in for repair due to Mr. Kampen not being present to authorize the service. The brother wanted to forge his brother's signature on the work order. Since this would constitute a crime, the brother's request was denied. We have to have the owner's authorization signature on all service work orders. The brother's friend, who rode the bike to the shop, began making accusations of liability and dangers of the bike leaking flammable fuel when being operated. Mr. Kampen's brother and the friend were advised that since they were quite aware of such a hazardous situation, it was their liability for operating it, and not using a trailer, for safety. In all, we believe the review by Mr. Kampen is out of his own anger and inability to take proper care of his bike, as any responsible owner should do. Our work is warrantied for a period of time, as is the case with any shop, and any shop would respond the same to Mr. Kampen, if he were to continue to neglect using responsible owner care, and taking sound advice on how to keep his bike in a usable state. Through all of this Mr, Kampen's bike was even delivered to his mother's house, a number of times, free of charge. It is unfortunate that Mr. Kampen would do such a thing out of spite...

Had my vehicle dropped off for a carburetor clean and rebuild, got the bike back with it leaking gas everywhere. Turned the gas off and parked it while I went out of town. Came back and took to another shop and was showed that the carborator had all original nasty looking jets inside. When brought back to triola, was advised that he could fix it for a few more hundred dollars and that it must have sat up. I am not one to argue and make a big deal out of being wronged, but I will never deal with them again or ever recomend them to anyone... I feel you can not trust this shop and that they will cut every corner they can..

I had an issue with my 1996 Honda 1100 ACE, Friendly Motorcycle Sports (Slidell) would not look at the bike because of it's age. I called and spoke to Charlie Triola of Triola Cycles and Automotive, he gave me a great quote and went above and beyond in servicing my bike. I would highly recommend Triola's for motorcycle repairs.

I tried going here after work a few times a couple of years ago to get help on my bike, but they tend to close at least an hour before they state they are open on there GMB. I guess they don't want the business. Also, I live quite a bit away from them behind their shop and EVERYDAY in the afternoon they rev up their toys ridiculously loud non-stop for around 10-15 minutes. It's just beyond loud. It literally shakes our walls and our neighbors walls. They wake up my newborn sleeping and disturbs my neighbors elderly mother they take care of. Apparently she jumps in fright nearly everyday when they do that. They are very inconsiderate of others. We highly do not recommend them.

I asked for my Harley Davidson primary to be opened and checked due to loose shifter pawl. I only had 400 bucks . He did everything but look at my primary. Charged me 500 and I still have to do what I need to do so I can ride safely. Do not trust this man. I purchased the shifting pawl from Harley Davidson myself for 75 bucks. What a piece of work he is ripping off a female over 50 just to make a few extra bucks.

Charlie is a straight up guy, he works on all my cars, trucks and bikes. Just put a new set of freedom performance true duels and slip ons on my 2016 Indian Roadmaster, he does good work at a fair price. I now have members of my family dealing with him, he just took care of my sister with her car, I trust him because he earned my trust, and continues too.

Have brought my vehicles in to Charlie's shop many times, great service and his work has always been backed up. I like being able to talk directly to Charlie or the guy performing the work. Highly recommended!

********* WARNING ******** Charlie Triola is a scam artist! We took our bike in for repairs and that was a huge mistake! The repairs on our bike totaled 365.46 and then without any advanced warning we were charged over $ 1,600 in storage fees because it wasn't picked up in time! No heads up, no warning just a 1,600 surprise! He responded telling me" don't be offended it's just business"! So this is Charlie's version of business! If the company I worked for conducted there business in this fashion I wouldn't have a job! Would you? If you do decide to do business with this shady character PLEASE get a contract beforehand, and pick up your bike as soon as repairs are complete! The day he completes ridiculous storage fees begin being charged to your account!!!

Always take my bike to Charlie and the guys. The prices are FAR below Harley in Slidell and the work is done right and in a timely fashion! Plus he’s given me great deals on add-on custom parts! Takes care of this old biker! No rip-off like Bruno! NEVER had a problem when they fixed my baby. The best around here! And stands behind their work!!!

Charlie and Bryan have been outstanding! They did extensive work on my 74' Nova and was able to get her running great! They made sure to contact me when there was an issue or they needed to order parts. I highly recommend them for your auto needs.

Charlie and Brian are very professional, they are very good at diagnosing your problem, Charlie will quote you a fair price, and if anything changes doing the repair he will call and inform you and give you the option and the cost of the change. He is very timely with repairs and will not take in more work than he can perform. The one thing that’s stands out is he guarantees his work and will stand behind all his repairs.

My son bought his bike from Charlie and got a great deal ! I have since took my Harley there for repairs and they have always done a wonderful job! I recently have had to take my bike back and without question Charlie fixed it again with no charge! They truly stand behind what they say and have earned my respect! I have read the other reviews here also and this nonsense about storage fees is crazy. There has been times I was not able to pick up my bike right away and I never had a storage fee from Charlie!
