Cant even put pads and rotors on correctly. Pads rubbing on rotors, almost caught my car on fire after driving 50 miles.Ruined my brand new front rotors In less than a week.Also condescending, rude and confrontational.

I have been a remote customer of theirs for more than 2 decades and they have maintenanced my 1995 Tacoma, 2004 RAV4, 2007 Tundra and most recently my 2013 Highlander without issue. Inexpensive, friendly and very knowledgeable about servicing out-of-warranty Toyota machines of various makes and models. Mike and the others are expert mechanics but be aware they don't really have a lobby if that is important to you. With an reservation made in advance they do have a key drop and you can leave your car in their parking area overnight and it will be serviced in the morning. If you seek a quality local mechanic shop, they are among the best Southern Oregon has available. Strongly recommended.

I have used Lad in the past and was pleased. However, I recently took my hybrid in for a water pump issue. Picked up my car only to find there were warning lights for the Hybrid system (which were not there when I dropped it off). I asked the gentleman that helped what it meant. His response was that I just needed to drive it so the battery would recharge? I knew this was incorrect, and by his body language, I could tell he did too. I left there were with a new water pump, but new issues. I was disappointed that they called me to pick up my car, knowing there was now a new issue to deal with, and would just let me drive off without even addressing it with me. I called later that afternoon to let them know the warning lights had not shut off. They informed me they do not deal with hybrid systems. I wish I had known that before taking my car there. Bottom line, Im sure they do fine work with basic things. I wouldnt take my car there for anything that wasnt a simple fix. And definitely dont take your hybrid there. Update…. Just picked up the Prius from Lithia. It had a blown fuse and a fried A/C compressor, which was causing the warning. They speculate that the damage was done during the process of replacing the water pump. I’m still shocked that they would send me away with a damaged car…. And warning lights on the dash. I would absolutely not use their service again.

After another shop told me I needed new lower ball joints and wanted over $600 to repair. I asked Mike to take a look and see what they thought. After inspecting the front end the verdict was "No, it doesn't need repair." They would not even charge for the inspection! Thanks, you took a load of my mind!

Very happy with the service. I was not happy with the quote Bob Thomas gave me for my timing belt, so a friend of my boyfriends sent me to his dad's shop and quoted me quite a bit less. They got it done pretty fast for being a smaller automotive place. I would highly recommend them to anyone!! Thank you guys for doing my car and charging me less than what you quoted me for!!
