Dec 23rd waiting on a headlight so that they could install a front bumper. Part arrives at 3:45, 15 minutes before they close until the 4th of January. Even though they were closed, these guys came in on Christmas eve to put my car together so that I could drive home for the holidays, no extra charge. Who else is gonna take care of customers like that? Would give 10 stars if I could. THANK YOU GUYS!!!!!

My neighbors (who have excellent auto mechanic skills), recommended Lakeshore Auto to me. At first, it was a simple inspection. But then I got scratches in my new car. I stopped by right after it happened last Friday. I was told to drop it off Sunday night. By 9 am Monday, Ed called me and said, "I think you'll be pleased." I am definitely pleased! The scratches are gone! The work is excellent, the prices are fair, and the people are really nice. I highly recommend them!
