In the past, i have had great service here. However, coming in about a tire sensor and having the technician try to push new tires on someone that doesnt need them yet is bad service. Recommending new tires stating 4/32 tread. When vehicle was at dealer for service last week and tires checked out fine with 7/32 tread left. Lying to female customers about vehicle needs displays shady business on what could be a vulnerable customer. Pay attention and know your vehicle and tire status prior to ok'ing any services to be rendered.

I have to say I’ve been getting service here for 10 years in my whole family as well. I feel that Cody Austin. And Steve also David Great customer service I also drive my cars from a property in an hour and a half away to get service at this store. That’s how important is it for me to come here because they take care of their customers I have to appreciate the effort of the teamwork in the store. This is the Barko’s family thank you. they are the best thank you, Mike and everyone I appreciate this store is one of the best and a whole country since Sears close or before I was already here this is my preferred store. I drive two hours to bring my car for service and I will keep doing it. Thank you. Keep up the hard work.

I stopped into Store #19100 Millcreek Square (I’m from Pittsburgh) with a flat tire. I knew it was borderline repairable, but I thought I would check to see. When I entered the location, Austin greeted me and asked what he could do to help me. I explained the situation to him and where the damage to the tire was. He stated that it may not be repairable, but he would check it anyway. Turned out, the puncture was to close to the shoulder of the tire, which is what I had suspected. Because Firestone does not typically carry the tire brand I usually have on my vehicle, (Falken WildPeak A/T Trail) I stated to Austin that I would purchase 4 new tires, even though the Falken WildPeaks were a little more than a year old. Austin discussed an option for me, but they were a passenger-style tire and I wanted a more “off-road,” or trail style tire. I had looked at the Bridgestone Dueler AT Ascent and asked if they were available. He checked their location and didn’t have any in stock, but he had also checked another nearby location, and they had 4 in the size I needed. He asked one of the technicians to run over to the other location and pick up the tires, which he did. After a slight wait, the technician arrived back at the location with the tires and got straight to work installing them on my vehicle. This process took a little more than an hour, which is super fast. Before long, Austin stated that my car was ready. I am extremely appreciative for Austin, Steve, and I believe the tech was Nick, for taking care of me and my vehicle. The only issue I had was I had asked Austin if the tech could save the 3 good WildPeak tires and load them into my car for me to keep and Austin said he would do that and have the tech bag them and load them up. But about an hour later, I realized those tires were not in my vehicle for me to keep. They had forgotten to save them for me, but I guess that was mostly my fault for not checking ahead of my depart. Anyway, those guys really took care of me and helped me get back on the road. I would recommend this location to anyone who lives in, or will be traveling in the Erie area. They really care about their customers. Thanks for the outstanding service!

They were quick to help and make my car safe. Thank you for squeezing me in at a late hour on a Friday so I could make it safe to Ohio the next day. The staff went above and beyond to help me.

Daughter hit a massive pot hole and threw off her alignment in her car, a day or two before Christmas. She has to use that car to drive across the state to Philadelphia to see her other side of the family and was going to likely ruin her new snow tires. Was able to call on Christmas Eve at 7:40 am and work with their incredible service advisor Mike. Mike was able to accommodate her, provide same day service for an alignment and courtesy check, and get her on her way quickly. My kid is safer and her tires won't be destroyed because of Mike and his team's quick and friendly service work, even on Christmas Eve. Thanks Mike.

I did not realize I had a flat tire until someone told me. Thank goodness I was by the Firestone tire store. A very nice gentleman named Cody I think the store manager waited on ne He was so helpful and told me I needed a new tire. He had me in and our of there I less than one hour. I told him I had to be somewhere soon and he did an excellent job on getting my new tire on. My first time eviding Firestone but I will be back. Excellent service.

The staff and mechanics are all very sweet and honest workers. They are also extremely knowledgeable and hardworking. I've always gotten my car back with no problems because they take their time and go over everything they can for your safety. If you are ever worried about bringing your vehicle anywhere for anything definitely bring it to Firestone! The prices are great for the work they do and you can always get air in your tires for no cost but a nice tip for taking a bit of their time. Be sure to be nice to all of them too, they're genuine people who all have families to take care of and bills to pay :)

I cannot praise this location enough. When faced with some very difficult car problems, they took time to explain my cars issues to me in detail. They went above and beyond throughout the entire process to help take photos for evidence, keep me updated, and were so kind and supportive throughout it. Austin, Joe, Mike, and Cody are absolutely phenomenal! The great thing about Firestone is that they truly respect their customers and treat them like family. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted with warmth, honesty, and integrity. Joe was especially forthright about the work I needed done on my old gal and encouraged me to think more long term about the investment of my money in relation to my vehicle reliability. I left with a car that is in much better condition, but most importantly with an informed understanding of seeking a better vehicle and additional services that would preserve my sanity and financial stability. 2014 Ford Flex. I had tires put on at Walmart and had them balanced of course. I noticed my car shaking at 70mph and up. Pretty badly too. It was nearly uncomfortable to drive. I went to Firestone in hopes to have it fixed with a roadforce balance w/ regular balance. The total was about 160, mind you this is a great price for the amount of work that goes into the roadforce balancing. At the end the total actually ended up being 73. I only paid for a regular balance because they said my roadforce numbers were well within spec and they didn't feel the need to charge me for a service I didn't need. That was so awesome that they did that for me. The drive home was SMOOTH!!!
