Eric deserves a raise, he is amazing. I came in for a battery replacement and my terminals were corroded and fell apart while they were replacing the battery. Just when I thought I was going to have to have it towed to a mechanic, Eric came out and was able to get it replaced. His customer service was exceptional. Despite the inconvenience, Eric was nothing but kind and courteous the whole way through. I don't know how much he's getting paid but he should be getting more.

So grateful to Steve and AutoZone! My battery died (kind of) on a cross-country trip and once it was jumped I brought it here. Steve tested the battery (of course it tested fine, but it was old) for me and explained all of my options. I decided to change it out to be safe and Steve took care of that for me. Much quicker than the 2-hour wait that I was quoted down the road!

I want to take a moment to shout out Tony from the AutoZone on Peach. This man swapped out my headlight in the middle of a whole rainstorm — like, we were both getting absolutely drenched — and he stayed patient, persistent, and genuinely kind the entire time. He didn’t have to help; he could’ve just sold me the part and kept it pushing. I appreciate him more than he knows. He deserves a raise and a bonus. Thank you, Tony! 🌧️🛠️✨

Went to O'Reileys to get a battery put in. Was told they don't do that for my car because it's too difficult and takes too much time. Drove straight to auto zone and was immediately met with a smile from the sales manager Caleb C. He looked at the battery and said no problem. Within 20 minutes the battery was changed. Might i also mention Caleb changed our battery in the rain. He was kind and considerate and extremely knowledgeable . Thank You Auto Zone... I'll be back!!!

The staff at this location is sooooo amazing!! The manager Paul is extremely friendly and goes over and beyond for his loyal customers! The only hiccups with the location is they don't keep a good stock of parts for older model vehicles. They're putting in a hub right now at this location hopefully that'll make it easier to get things for older vehicles like my van without special ordering. Other than that I am overwhelmingly pleased making this location my home location while in Erie Pennsylvania. They keep it very organized. I'm in there enough that it's almost like I've "lived" there a few times lol I'm sure Paul and the guys will get that 😂 . Anyways I would definitely recommend this location!

On 11/20, I had two headlights burned out. Paul was extremely patient in helping find the replacement parts, diagnose what may have been the issue, and then taking the time to teach me the replacement method for my vehicle, along with helpful hints for next time. During our latest snow storm, my wiper broke, so stopped in to purchase new ones. One of the employees volunteered to install it. Mind you, it's 5 degrees and snowing. Another employee must of sensed he was having an issue and came out to lend a hand ... 5 minutes later there was another. 20 minutes later, freezing and all snow covered the new wiper was on! Not only would they not accept a tip, they were actually happy about their accomplishment. They enjoyed working and working together. Exceptional customer service

I called for an order I placed online, to update some information on the order. Usually when placing an order the person who orders is has to pick it up but I wasn’t able to, so I was having my significant other going to do it for me. When I called to give them her name for the order I was on hold for almost an hour. I hung up and called back, someone else answered, said he had just gotten there so I assumed it was a shift change. He helped me out with my simple task, I didn’t get mad at him because it wasn’t his fault but I did mention it to him and he apologized on the other persons behalf. Even if my task was simple or not, no one should be placed on hold for an hour. Ever. It’s your job to remember what’s going on in your store at all times.
