Fake Reviews Alert!!! Complete waist of money and time. I kept telling the owner and the mechanic that I need a wheel bearing replacement and the mechanic said "wheal bearing is fine. Don't waste my time." I was foolish enough to listen to him and after charging me $514 for literally handing the car back to me in the same condition as it was before, the owner shamelessly said to me "oh it looks like the wheal bearing is damaged". He acts like he wants to help you but it is easy to tell that he just wants money out of your pocket. Don't fall for his warnings or safety concerns for your car. He is just trying to trick you into spending more. Didn't even give me a receipt or a breakdown. Just a money hungry person. Avoid this place!!!

I found this shop on my google maps and Wasiq was able to fix my car the same day. Everyone was very pleasant and they provided an affordable price to repair my car sensor and headlights. I will definitely be coming back so they can service my other family vehicles. It’s hard to find reliable, affordable, and honest mechanics….thats why I’m sticking with Lams Auto repair from now on.

I was referred to this shop from another mechanic whom I know for decades. Lam's Auto Shop replaced the rear shock absorbers from my Mazda CX 5. I have no complaint about the work done. I provided the part and the charge was for labor. After I paid and left the shop, I realized that they charged me a tax on labor. As far as I know, there is no tax on labor portion of auto repair in Sate of Texas. I thought it was a mistake by the clerk, I went back to shop and explained that there is no tax on labor. The young mechanic did not seem to talk to me and he simply kept repeating "We charge taxes". There was no explanation at all! It was a small amount of money and the issue was not the money for me. What made me angry was his arrogance and knowing that this was not a mistake or lack of knowledge, but it was deliberate and they probably charge other customers tax on labor. I wanted to give a lesson to this young man that such behavior is not acceptable. I subscribe to legal representation thorough my work place and I have already started a case through the legal firm. They can take the case all the way to a court with out costing me a penny. I will also file a complaint with local district attorney. This practice must stop and they should treat their customers with respect.

Stopped in to have my suspension looked at because I could occasionally hear some bumps and noises. I was fully willing to pay a fee. However all I got for $90 was a three minute test drive with a mechanic and he said he couldn’t hear a noise. I have a warranty so it would have been guaranteed work if they could have found something legitimate. They didn’t even put it on a lift to check wheel bearing play, drag links, shocks, etc. It’s not the $90 I’m upset about. It’s what they didn’t do.

Great experience here at Lams Complete Auto Repair. Took my car to Firestone, and they let me know that my two front-wheel bearings needed to be replaced. The price came out to be ridiculous, so I wanted to get a second opinion. I called multiple shops near where I lived and Lam’s was the first to call me back and give me a price point. He said better yet, let us diagnose it and see if it was true what they were telling you. So I took my car to their shop the next day, met up with the owner, and he had his technician look at it for me. They diagnosed it right in front of me and let me know that it was my rear passenger wheel bearing that was going out. Not my two front ones. They offered me a great reasonable price for the repair. Let them know I’ll bring it the next day to leave it to them. Dropped it off right before they closed, and they called me back at 12 the next day that it was ready to be picked up. The noise went away, and my car drives much smoother now. Great service, great experience. Will definitely come back for future repairs!
