⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 4/5 — Professional but Not Quite the Experience I Expected I visited Land Rover Frisco in search of a vehicle. The sales staff was very professional, welcoming, and patient, and they took the time to answer all of my questions thoroughly. I truly appreciated their transparency and forwardness. That said, the overall experience felt a bit more commission-driven compared to other dealerships I’ve visited. While there was no hard push to buy, the atmosphere just didn’t have the same relaxed and consultative feel I’ve experienced elsewhere. It’s worth noting that while used vehicles don’t have mandatory add-ons, new vehicles do, and their optional packages (tire, glass, protection, etc.) are significantly more expensive than what I’ve seen at other dealerships. Would I return? Probably not. Would I recommend them to family or friends? No. They didn’t do anything wrong, but the experience simply didn’t stand out in the way I’d hoped.

This dealership is the best! I just purchased a vehicle from Shawn. I was out of state and he made everything so easy. From the deal to pick up and teaching me how to use the vehicle.... it was a wonderful experience. Shawn was so friendly and easy to work with. Golden was very informative with the technology tutorials. I'll go back when the time comes!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 10/10 Service! I had such a great experience with Land Rover and especially with Robert Moreland, my Service Advisor. Booking my appointment was super easy, and I was thrilled to get in so quickly. I really appreciated being offered a ride—such a thoughtful touch that made the whole process smooth and convenient. Robert went above and beyond with communication and professionalism. He kept me updated every step of the way, clearly set expectations, and made me feel completely comfortable with the process. My car was done right on time, and everything went exactly as promised. Truly top-tier service — definitely a 10+ experience all around. Thank you, Robert and the Land Rover team!

Recently bought a BMW XM from this dealership, although the car is in perfect condition, the customer service experience was one of the worst. The car was almost $80,000 and it was pre owned, and the dealership showed a window sticker which showed including a power cable for the car. Upon going to the dealership to collect the car, the cable was missing. When we escalated the matter to the director $Chris Allen, he acted extremely rude and unprofessional. He basically told us to drop the sale and that other people were in line to purchase it. This was after the sale went thru and we travelled across states to collect the car. This is not the kind of reception a customer should have when purchasing a car. I really hope proper action is taken against @Chris Allen for his conduct and behavior. Extremely unsatisfactory. The sales rep @Alex did an excellent job to make this experience a little less miserable and made the purchase memorable. Thanks @Alex.

The worst place to have your truck serviced. The service manager and overall service department need serious improvement or additional training. I brought my newer Range Rover in multiple times because it was making an extremely loud noise — it literally sounds like a 747 taking off. After countless visits, I was told the noise was caused by a sticker they supposedly found. This explanation felt completely fabricated and did not address the ongoing problem. Instead of resolving the issue, I felt dismissed and judged as a customer. Because of this experience, I will never purchase another Land Rover product from this dealership again. Customers deserve honest communication, proper diagnostics, and respect — none of which I received her

Quickest, easiest car purchase ever…. I didn’t have to scour the Internet or drive all over town looking for the perfect car! It was right across the street from where we like to have dinner. Saved us so much time and completely pain free. Dealership is convenient, beautiful cars, lots of options. Also offered us additional warranty above what the manufacturer includes. $100 deductible is all you pay for pretty much anything that fails… for however many years you want. If you sell the car before warranty runs out, you can get your money back for the unused years. Lots of peace of mind being offered.

As a customer for nearly 14 years (two Range Rovers), I can confidently say I have nothing but glowing praise for this team. Jason Lederer (Service Director) and Robert Moreland (Service Advisor) are the core of this excellence. They are two of the most trustworthy, genuine, and highly respectful individuals I have worked with. They are genuine and have always made me feel like a friend, not ‘just a customer’. For example, they don't just fix the car; they take the time to get to know you and proactively communicate, explain every detail clearly, and consistently make the loaner/pickup process seamless, and they are sensitive to your wallet. We had an excellent experience with Frisco Land Rover service, thanks to Michael Teschner. We brought our Range Rover in for its annual service along with a suspension fault error, and the entire process was smooth from start to finish. Including a seem less loaner vehicle. Michael’s communication was outstanding he kept us informed every step of the way, clearly explained the issue, and was transparent about parts availability, costs and timing of the repairs. The vehicle was repaired efficiently, and we felt confident and well taken care of throughout the process. Top-notch service and professionalism. I recently took my Range Rover SVR to Jaguar Land Rover Frisco for service, and overall, it was a positive experience. The dealership is super clean and exceptionally well-organized, which immediately made a great impression. The waiting room was delightful, packed with complimentary drinks and snacks that made the wait much more pleasant. The staff at the dealership were cool and approachable, and I was impressed with their wide variety of inventory. However, I did have a couple of issues. It took a very long time to get connected with someone for my service appointment, which was frustrating. Additionally, the representative who assisted me seemed quite jittery and rushed, as if they wanted to get it over with quickly and send me on my way. Despite these minor setbacks, the overall experience was good, and I would recommend Jaguar Land Rover Frisco. They just need to improve their customer service efficiency a bit.

I purchased a $2132 first mile maintenance plan which is their in house maintenance plan after finance manager convinced me that it will cover future maintenance according to manufacturer’s recommendation for my RANGE ROVER. When I attempted to use it , the dealership refused to honor it. The contract shows active coverage. I talked to the finance manager, he told me he has to talk to the general manager MATT ADKINS and he will call me . I waited couple days he never called me . I went to the dealer to talk MATT ADKINS. He came to me where I was standing by reception. He didn’t offer me to sit and talk. He asked me the issue which he already knew that . After escalating the matter to the general manager Mr. Adkins, I received the full refund after two years . While the refund resolved the financial issue, the overall handling and communications were disappointing. Buyers should confirm in writing how and where this so called maintenance plan can be used before purchasing.
