A massive shout-out to Walter who exceeded my expectations with how efficient and quick my tires were serviced. He's so sweet and gave impeccable service! Big thanks to Gary who quickly solved a weird problem I was having with my automatic trunk door. Him and his team are always great and truly provide service with a smile. Gary and his team are amazing! I had a unique situation with both the timing of the repair and what needed to be completed. It was a heavy duty job (Power Steering Rack/Pinion Assembly Replacement). They were super helpful in accommodating my needs. That said, going forward my appointments will be scheduled way ahead of time (as they should be) and I’ll be taking my business to Larry’s Service Center each time. My vehicle is older and has a lot of miles so I’m sure I’ll be seeing Gary and the team again soon ;).

I got a recommendation from my colleague, who has been there since 2021. She told me they were perfect and professional! It is the ideal place to do maintenance or anything with your car in terms of fantastic service or fix 🔧 your car, etc. Price was under $100 to do maintenance for my vehicle. I saved over $300 because my dealership was trying to charge for that $400! So guys, go there if you care about your car and money. I highly recommend that place! I have a Jaguar S Type 2004. When my best friend recommend them, believe me was the best she can done for me. Larry’s Service are so professional, on time, honest and highly so kind we all customers. I travel every day 26 miles to go to my job, and the same miles to come back to my home. Although the VW Dealer had provided a 6-point inspection and a list of things needing repair, the only repair the car needed was a brake replacement, which the Dealer only mentioned in passing as I received the printed list, on which it was not included.

I don’t enjoy leaving negative reviews, but this experience warrants one. I brought my Jeep in for an oil leak — a job that should have been routine — and after two failed repair attempts, the leak still wasn’t fixed. I ended up doing the work myself, and only then did I discover what really went wrong: they hadn’t followed proper procedure, even though they told me they had. After the second failed attempt, I sent them clear instructions referencing official factory guidance and noted the use of anaerobic RTV, which is explicitly required at the rear main seal cap and bearing cap ends. This is not optional — even the Jeep service manual calls for anaerobic RTV. So what manual were they using exactly? They told me it had been done “by the book” and assured me anaerobic RTV had been used. It hadn’t. When I reopened the engine myself, I found black RTV, which is the wrong product. That’s either a straight-up lie, or they had no idea what was actually done. Both are unacceptable. To be clear: I don’t believe Gabe was at fault. He treated me with respect, and I think he genuinely tried to help. My impression is that the techs are likely overwhelmed due to how busy this shop is. But that still doesn’t excuse the fact that I clearly told them what to do after the second attempt, and they ignored it. That mistake cost me a huge amount of time. What made it worse was the process: after each failed attempt, I had to go back to the end of the line, waiting a week and a half just to be seen again. So this dragged on for nearly two months. They eventually refunded me, which I do appreciate. But the fact is: if I wasn’t mechanically inclined and able to redo the job myself, I can’t imagine how much worse and more frustrating this would have been. And in the end, I was the one who fixed it — by doing it correctly. That says everything.

Awesome service! Gary the owner and service advisor is absolutely dedicated to his craft. Walter, one of the mechanics that always services my vehicle is meticulous. I've had all of my vehicles serviced here since 2019... Don't trust any other shop.. Larry's is always responsible, backed by a guarantee for all work provided. Committed to reasonable pricing and outstanding service. I don't take my vehicle to the dealership anymore. They are even Carfax compliant!
