The woman working today at 7:28 pm 6-13-2024, has a really bad attitude, she screamed at me saying that no outside cups were allowed. When last week around the same time, no one told me anything. Usually the people that work there are really polite. This woman is really disrespectful trying to argue with all of the customers. No touch in saying stuff. Really disappointed with with the customer service. Not coming again on this this shift.

This location needs to be avoided at night. The customer service attendant was extremely rude and is quite an angry guy. Concerning enough to make a complaint and go across the street to the shell gas station. I now understand why and how they stay in business with the higher price in gas. This station could learn from them and suggest hiring more friendly employees.

Very pleased with my recent visit. Everyone was very helpful and the ladies in the morning Lilian, Diane and Paola are just lovely ladies. If you're ever in downtown and are in need of some good snacks, great carwash, plus one of the cleanest bathroom I've seen yet come down, theyre right by the airport 😊😊😊

My father really had to use the restroom after buying gas just now and the attendant did not let him. He gave him a hard time and made him show the receipt. Even though we were already a paying customer. He ended up not using the restroom. Horrible customer service. 5/11/25 @ 4:32pm

Rude attendent: The website states that a public restroom is available; however, that was not my experience. Despite this, I was questioned in a manner that felt accusatory and unnecessarily confrontational, as though I was being dishonest as being a customer. After a long shift the last thing I expected was to be met with such unprofessional and dismissive behavior over something as basic as using the restroom.Next time I will be going to shell.

"Valero"- the owners take excellent care of this location. Minutes away from the airport, harbor, Little Italy, Point Loma and Downtown San Diego. Gas, coffee, car wash, lotto - what more do you need?! Full convenience store for a gas station. Always immaculate inside and personable employees.

Never giving this company my business again because the employees are rude. Filled up on gas and asked to use the washroom for my 6 year old. After the cashier verified that we were paying customers, I went looking for the washroom in the direction she pointed at and didn’t find it. Asked for clarification and she said, “you asked for the WASHroom,” and motioned handwashing with her hands and said she sent us to a handwashing station. I then asked for the toilets. She said we couldn’t use it because it was being cleaned. I asked how long that would take and she replied, “i dont know.” My 6 yo by this point needed the restroom badly so we went back in to wait and the employees advised the washrooms were finished being cleaned and that they could therefore not be used for another 30 mins.

Excellent service. Opens 24 hours which is very convenient to get last minute groceries and drinks. Their coffee is organic and amazing 🤩 !! Such an awesome experience especially being near the airport. Definitely would come back. Highly recommend. I felt very safe while putting gas at night. Their location is super convenient while traveling. I highly recommend.

Horrible customer service. Filled up gas and went in to get my six year old to use the rest room. The woman at the counter was incredibly rude and said that the washrooms have been just cleaned can't be used for the next hour. I asked for a manager and she said it was her. I have never experienced such rude staff at any gas station. Avoid this place at all cost. There is shell right across.

I recently purchased from gas station,a store that I had high hopes for. Unfortunately, my experience was disappointing due to the unprofessional behavior of the staff. The employees were rude and unhelpful, which made the shopping experience unpleasant. I hope the management addresses this issue to improve customer service in the future.

The location is good due it’s close to the airport but the customer service is horrible, it doesn’t matter what time or even if you buy gas or something at the store, bathrooms always “are being cleaning”, I can confirm this last because I rent cars very often at CRC close by. And employees are very rude, they really don’t care about customers. I’m looking for another convenient gas station close to the airport to never ever return here.

I ask to use the restroom and was told I had to buy something I said that i would once I was finished and said what a good morning it is she then proceeded to deny me access saying that I was condescending. I have never seen such rude loud disagreeable overall unpleasant employees in my life. I'm not sure who does your hiring but whoever it is is failing you epically these people do not represent your company. And lazy with a capital l. I will never ever go in there again ever. Truthfully I hadn't been in there in a long time anyway I do Rideshare because the last time I went in there a couple years ago they were rude and guess what happened I go back a couple years later and they're still rude so I don't know what you guys are doing at this store but you sure aren't trying to make money

This gas station runs its business as if they are ready to fight customers at any moment. I walked in this afternoon around 4:30 PM on 01/06/26 with my 7-year-old daughter, paid cash for gas, and politely asked to use the restroom. The cashier rudely told us that we could not go to the bathroom together. I went ahead and used the restroom anyway. On my way out, I calmly told her that speaking to me that way was unnecessary. She responded very aggressively, saying, “I can say whatever I want,” then told me to leave and began cursing at me in front of my child. When I tried to speak politely and de-escalate the situation, she threatened me with pepper spray if I didn’t leave. This behavior was completely unprofessional, hostile, and unacceptable especially toward a customer with a child present. Either this employee has serious personal or mental issues, or she should not be working with the public. I also felt uncomfortable and concerned that my accent may have influenced how I was treated. After reading other reviews, it’s clear this is not an isolated incident. Many customers report similar negative experiences. I sincerely hope the owner takes this seriously and addresses the situation before it leads to a much more problem.
