The owner threatened violence. I called in, then the line dropped. I called back, and Shawn the owner said “What do you need”, and didn’t even apologize for it dropping and wasting my time cause they didn’t answer for 30 minutes. He then verbally threatened to “beat my ass” because I asked why the call ended due to an apparent “power outage”

I pretty much always deal with Shawn when I come in. We've had both my wife and my vehicles repaired within the last month. This is the place to go without a doubt. Honest, open and very clear on what repairs are needed. They don't squeeze you for a bunch of things that you don't need but they do let you know what should be looked at in the future. We have been taking our vehicles to Tune Craft for years and he is literally the most honest mechanic I’ve ever met. We recently took our car to another local shop for an oil change and it was a terrible experience. The get you to their facility only to bait and switch you and attempt to charge over $1500 to replace the transmission. We declined and took it to Shawn at TC and he replaced the clutch only for $675 and took care of the oil change. He will tell you frankly what needs to be done and not try to upsell you like other shops. We now have 3 cars we have them service and encourage all our friends to utilize him as well. If your vehicle needs maintenance don’t delay and go see Shawn, you won’t be disappointed.

Okay so this review is over due.. but I needed brakes on my car. Called them up, spoke to Shawn and we made it all happen without even meeting. We work the same hours so the after hours drop off was great. He did great at communicating (they even text) and before you know it I had my car back. They do honest work here, I got my brakes before the flooding and that other storm we had earlier this year and my car handled like it always does. I would recommend them and I’ll be using them in the future if I need anything else.

Just had a great experience at Tune Craft! I’m new to the area. After reading great reviews about Tune Craft and Shawn (the owner), I decided to bring my car in for a brake inspection and possible brake service. Shawn informed me that I still had plenty of life left on my brakes. Other shops may have tried to take advantage of the situation, however Shawn was completely honest about the inspection results. On top of that, there was no charge for the inspection. I am so glad that I found Tune Craft. I will be back for any future service needs.

Dropped my car off because it was making a noise intermittently. Called and let me know it wouldn’t make the sound they checked everything out said it is safe to drive. Need to drive it until the sound becomes more consistent. Did not charge me for looking at it. I will definitely be taking my car back when the noise becomes more consistent for diagnosis.
