This place has really gone downhill since changing to Aero Auto Repair. The owner or main guy in the office is extremely rude. Every time I’ve gone in to ask a simple question, I’ve left feeling disrespected and unwelcome. They really need to work on their customer service — treating people with a bit of courtesy goes a long way.

I happen to get a flat in the same parking lot as aero i went inside not sure if i was going to buy a new tire or not but i got great customer service and a better price then i expected They needed to order the tire and i so bad my car back in like 3 hours. TIRE FELL OFF IN THE MIDDLE OF THE ROAD! Went in to get my brakes looked at under warranty because they were continuing to squeak bad after they replaced my rotors and brake pads, didn’t pay a thing which was good but on the drive home I started hearing a weird clunking noise so I asked if they could take a look at it again. Before I could get it in for them to take a look at it since they were understaffed, driving home the entire front wheel fell off in the middle of the road. When the tow got there they said the rear wheel was only holding on by two lug nuts. Apparently the technician forgot to tighten them after they took a look at the brakes.They have yet to make this right for us so long story short, do not take your car here.

DO NOT USE THIS SHOP - Repeated Failed Repairs & Safety Issues I paid Aero Auto for brake service, and when the brakes continued squeaking, they attempted to fix it twice more, but the problem was never resolved. After three failed attempts, I took my car to an independent mechanic who discovered Aero Auto had over-tightened the brakes during their repair attempts which led to a broken caliper slide pin and seriously compromised the safety of my vehicle. They also failed to properly lubricate the brakes during any service. Along with this, they botched an oil change with faulty installation that caused a major oil leak. When I requested reimbursement for the faulty brake work, they refused, told me they don't have certified brake technicians do their brake work, and suggested I contact the Bureau of Automotive Repair. Not only do they not perform proper repairs with certified technicians, they don't uphold warranties and refuse to reimburse when another shop catches their errors and completes the repair properly. Since they denied my refund, I am now forced to take additional time off work to take them to small claims court to further deal with the ongoing fraud this company has committed. Avoid this business at all costs.

I can’t recommend Aero Auto Repair highly enough! After getting a shocking estimate from another mechanic for over $5,000 worth of repairs, I decided to get a second opinion. I had been told my truck needed spark plugs replaced, a transmission oil pan gasket, a power steering hose, fluid exchanges, and even a new tire pressure gauge sensor that was quoted at more than $300. It didn’t sit right with me, so I brought my truck to Aero. Without me mentioning the other estimate, I asked Aero to do a thorough inspection and let me know what truly needed attention. Their team went above and beyond. They carefully checked everything, even pulling a spark plug to show me it was clean and practically like new—no replacement necessary. In the end, Aero explained that most of the “repairs” from the first shop weren’t needed at all. They performed only the work that was actually necessary, and the bill came to just around $2,000—less than half of what the first shop wanted. The honesty, professionalism, and fairness of Aero Auto Repair blew me away. Not only did they save me thousands of dollars, but they also earned my complete trust. From now on, both my truck and my wife’s car will be going to Aero, and I’ll be recommending them to everyone I know. Friendly, efficient, and most importantly, honest—Aero is exactly what a repair shop should be.

We brought in a recently-purchased 2008 Ford Ranger for an oil change, and after a complete diagnostic, several other items were identified as needing attention. What stood out most was that our rep, Gary, made the distinction between what he felt was necessary NOW, as opposed to what could wait, depending on the low miles we plan to drive in the truck. I appreciated that honesty, and it will prompt me to not only get these services done in the future, but my wife and I will also trust Aero Auto Repair with service and maintenance on our other vehicles as well.

Don't go here. I spent almost 3k on what other shops quoted for less than 2k thinking I would receive quality service. Nope they swapped my part with an aftermarket rebuilt part that isn't the oem like they said it would be. Not only that but it was for my brakes and steering. They turned me away on warranty repair because the new part was leaking brake fluid and power steering fluid and said it wasnt part of what they did. Then they tried to sell me a small part for twice the cost. But almost 3k and the problem still exists and they don't honor they're warranty on the work just the part. So my vehicle ended up broke down with no steering and no brakes because they did a horrible job.

Super friendly. I lived close by so they provided a shuttle service which was convenient. It only took a day and a half to order the part and fix my car. They provided a 3 year warranty on the part. Very happy with the service. Will go back & recommend Aero to family & friends.
