These guys were very helpful and flexible with my schedule. I was able to leave my car there early and placed my keys in their drop off box. I also picked up my car after they were closed and they gave me specific instructions on how to do so. So accommodating! My car is running very well. They also gave me a good discount. This shop is great, i dropped in for an estimate to r&r the differential bushings on my genesis coupe. I met Raul ,he told me the book said 2 hours gave me a price. It took the dealer 2 days to replace 1 bushing the first time, and yes it was under warranty. This time they are not. I asked what they charge to install the bushing. They told me they didn't have the tool to do the job. Then recommended replacing the subframe at a cost of $3700.**. It come with the bushings installed. I still don't know what to think about that. I dropped the car off at motec at 8 am the next day , told them I'll be back at 1:30 after work. They said they'd call me when they finished. I got that call has I was walking up to the shop. Great job guys . I hope you don't mind if I keep coming back. Thank you.

I came here last year (I believe) for an oil change with my own oil and filters, and they made it super simple and easy to get done. I've come back now to have them do the oil change again, and it's running smooth. You can wait in the lobby if you've schedule a time (do the mornings if possible), and can have some coffee they got available while you wait. Friendly service and they tend to know the right questions to ask.

I am posting this review on MOTEC about my MOTEC experience in stead of Infiniti of Kerney Mesa where it should be posted because Infiniti parents need a service home where our beloved Gs and Qs will get the amazing TLC that is so important to us. My IKM of past experiences is posted on their bad review sight. My latest experience was in 2022. I asked IKM to renew my cooling system hoses. I used term "uppers and lowers". I'm 84. Back in 196ANALOG it ment ALL coolant hoses. $700 and 3 months later coolant oder had me back to the news that there are 4 coolant hoses in the system. $400 more. Oct 2024 and a catastrophic flood of coolant in the driveway had me in a auto repair shop anxious sweat. A guy I know who helps his MB 550, MB AMG, BMW 5X, Dodge Hellcat and others simply "showroom" was a conduit to MOTEC. I made the call. They got me right in, found the problem was a failed plastic part the size of my wife's lipstick.Factory part installed in 2012. If you love your ride this is the team you want.

I was just there this morning at 11..my car makes noise for a while .. I went some other places and mechanics can’t figure it out ,,one place replaced joint balls the other replaced the axle and still make noises Adolfo found out some screws got loose, so they tightened up for me without charging anything…,,,,,,,Immediately ,,,,,the car no longer makes cranking noise .. Adolfo is amazing person, good hearted .. very honest.. As woman , I have had so much bad experience in the past ..so many places scam me, but I finally found this place. Hands down the best auto repair experience I've ever had, dare I say best customer service I've ever had. Raul and his team deliver quality work and do not cut corners in anything even when it would be much more convenient and cost-effective for them to just settle and do the bare minimum. Everyone is really helpful, professional and generous. I've already recommended them to all my co-workers and I'm so thankful I was referred to them. I trust them completely and if I ever have auto issues in the future, I will definitely go back to them.

Quick, Efficient and Great Service! Very refreshing to deal with a team that cares about their customers end to end. I called the day of my visit (found them on Yelp and selected them based on their great reviews) and the guy over the phone was genuine and quoted me for a headlight bulb replacement. I can’t say enough good things about Motec Autocare. The team here is friendly, professional, and truly knows their stuff. I've gone to MOTEC multiple times for a variety of issues (clutch/transmission, radiator/thermostat, etc) and have left very happy each time. Overall, great value and great service. Adolfo is very professional and courteous, as is the staff. He's gone out of his way to accommodate a few of my requests, fit me on the schedule, and complete work in fewer days. There is a high level of transparency (taking photographs and showing customer parts), which I appreciate. The labor rates are very competitive and they have lots of parts readily available, though their stock parts I can often find cheaper. They do accept customer parts, which is huge as I like to choose and know what's going into my car. They'll do due diligence (and then some) inspecting what's going on and have always found recommendations for additional work without being pushy; I've perceived it as taking complete care of every car that comes in as if it were there own, not just looking for more ways to bring in work. I've found the service, prices and offers to be very fair, and the quality and cleanliness of the work to be very high.

I have been going to MOTEC for over five years and have never had a bad experience. As a matter of fact their service is so good I felt compelled to write this review. I'm not a review writing kind of guy. Yesterday I had a great experience getting the thermostat replaced on my Mercedes CLA 250. The team was professional, clearly explained what was needed, and had the repair done quickly. The car is running smoothly now and the temperature stays right where it should.
