The Firestone on Base provides exceptional customer service and detailed explanation of services. Leo was our technician, and was solid and dependable. Help us address a rattle while providing wonderful advice we used to determine which tires we should purchase to replace our older tires. He walked us thru each step and the rationale for each decision, always being sensitive to our cost of repairs.
